Are you not familiar with the head coach he hired????? Do you even know his name? That's because he is meaningless......just like Nick Roach. In fact....I was not even aware that the raiders were still in the nfl....until now....talk about the worlds most irrelevant franchise.....it is not a soccer team afterall.

That is a lot of noise you posted just to avoid the fact that even a "true raider fan" does not know his coaches name. Haha my point proven....I am not grumpy...it is fun to be stuck here and watch the packer fans cry because they have done nothing in free agency and have become more diluted than the culture in california.......haha. I am sooooooo happy!!!!

SIW...you proved your ignorance without us having to point it out. That's some kind of special talent.

. Ignorance? Me???? You're rooting for a team that spent its future on a qb, and then fired one of the true o geniuses in the game, and replaced him with an unproven d guy....who only did what john fox told him to do. That is ignorant. At least us Bear fans knew in advance that cutler wasn't gonna have a chance in hell on a defensive team. Why do the raiders have any fans left at all? Pretty soon all of your offense will be a bunch of out of work gay midget porn actors. That is how much dennis allen cares about your o.

You forgot......the main mentor to the whole organization......Lovie Smith...after all the raiders are following his blueprint on spending 12 mil a year on an elite, talented qb..........to just manage the game. The Bears however have fixed it....by hiring a guy who made even rich gannon look good.

Yes SIW you! Fired a genius? He was going no where fast. Hue had already divided the locker room. If he was such a genius, he would have had all the teams support. He had roughly half. Also if he was such a genius and Raiders missed it wouldn't someone else made him an HC by now? And your last comment speaks volumes to your intelligence. Again, proving your ignorant without us having to point it out. Unless you are 13. Then I apologize as those comments would be age appropriate.

Blame your owners and GM's if you want to pick on someone from the bears. Sure, Lovie had some input into who got drafted but the lack of recievers(expect for slot guys) and giving Forte that huge contract was out of his hands.

Add the Raiders to the list of teams I follow now. Roach was under-appreciated in Chicago and now that he's out of Urlacher and Briggs' shadow, he could be a total beast.

I only know one person (besides laughing bear fan) who's a Bears fan and he wasn't to happy to lose Roach so he should be a good addition for our defense.

He's filled in for Brian Urlacher for the past couple seasons & that defense did lose a step. I've had my eye on the guy for a while now since Urlacher's been getting hurt every year. I actually thought chi was going to get rid of Urlacher because Roach played so well in his absence. I'm actually in favor of all of the FA pick ups we've had this offseason. I'm just not in favor of who RM chose to give the ax. In my opinion it's like the players are being punished for the coaches incompetence. DA lost us a few games last year from being either scared or unable to take over the team when things weren't going the way they were suppose to. But I'm willing to give him a pass because of the DB situation last year. It was horrible until the last quarter of the season, but I think we made a mistake in greeting rid of DHB. He was our best WR. Now the offense will take a step back when it could've easily took one forward going back to the PBS & the emergence of the running game. Guess we'll have to wait & see, but I'm in favor of Roach. Real good pick up!

That defense did lose a step, due to the overall advancing age. Urlacher, Briggs, Peppers, and Tillman are all great but on the downside of their careers. Sheesh, Urlacher is done, but he doesn't realize it.
