well watch and see what i tell you small find don't do this again and no jail time these people need to be treated just like everyone else thie is his second dwi he should be found guity on level one are level two.

Hopefully, if this is a second offense, Richardson and Fox will admit they made a mistake in drafting him and he will be gone....that's 2 catches for him...better than any season in Charlotte......

I am betting he gets off with probation and a fine, but no jail time or license revoked. I will be sure to keep an eye on this case because I do have friends who are going to court for a 2nd DUI and this case will surely be a good reference in the sentencing if its alot more harsh than what an NFL player will get and thats just another case of favoritism or popularity! Discrimination at its best if he gets off and just a regular hardworking man who did the same thing gets jail time
