Is Cam Newton Nothing More Than Michael Vick 2.0?

On the surface, both Cam Newton and Michael Vick appear strikingly similar. Both are mobile, athletic quarterbacks who have revolutionized the position, both have had success on the collegiate level, both were drafted by teams looking to jump start the offense and, yes, both of them have been the center of controversy.

Cam Newton probably grew up watching Vick since he is from Atlanta. Rushing QBs are useless and Cam has no arm accuracy. Plus he seems to get tired easily. What a fool the Panthers made of their selves over this guy--some one did not check out his college record--3 colleges --stealing a computer, cheating on test 3 times and this is what they hire. The guy throws balls like he is aiming for outer space.

They are nothing alike besides being black. Vick is more elusive than cam could ever dream of being. Cam IS fast but is also big guy who can take hits better. Cam has a better all around arm than vick though Vick may have the stronger arm. Cam is mentally weak and Immature which could get better with age. Vick's current struggles are due to the shoddy o line in Philly IMO

these athletes are pushed into college,with no skills except athletics.They are too stupid to be anything but ghetto.
vick no matter how much he was given;.couldn't stay out of trouble; both financially,legally.
