I agree. I could not believe it when they were looking (S) Eric Reid in the face. He would have filled a position of need since Darren Woodson retired, and probably been a day 1 starter, but o no Jerry and his "mini-me" son decided that Reid was to expensive so they dropped 13 spots for what? To pick a player that Mike Mayock had rated as a 3d. rd. pick. A Center who is not very good at all, a Center who is the slowest Center to be drafted in the last 20 years, a player whose footwork is so bad he is know as cement shoes. Nice going Jerry, and gee there are still 6 more picks you can screw up. Dallas will be lucky to post an (8-8) record this year with you evaluating the player talent.

Painful to watch as Jerry outsmarts himself. Should have taken Reid or Floyd and maximized the pick not traded back without getting more from pick heavy SF

Once again, the Cowboys needed safety help. They should have done whatever was necessary to get Vacarro from UT. They wasted their first round pick on a center, third round at best. I would fire all scouts and hire Jon Gruden. They have no clue when draft time comes. At least Jimmy Johnson did. I guess JJ is trying to save money.

Why waste a first round pick on a center when you need a saftey you give San Francisco your first round pick they take Eric Reed a safety from LSU and then you draft a safety. And the 3rd round the only time you draft a center in the first round is in the NBA

Can't believe Jerry Jones signed Romo again. How many years has he had the chance to go to the playoffs and he never does?Everyone's seen what he can do, why keep him?

After going to bed last night being so sick about my cowboys. I woke up wondering. Whether. Jerry Jones just wanted the best stadium. In the NFL or the best team now I know. The answer. It was the best stadium they don't give out super bowl trophies for best stadium Mr.Jones

Maybe some of you should stop blaming Jerry ... the scouting staff has like 20 people involved in player analysis. Do you really think Jerry is the say all, end all to every pick? He's just the tip of the iceberg ... stop using Jerry as a scapegoat and criticize based on the facts, which you can find on the link below. Otherwise, just shut up: http://www.bloggingtheboys.com/2012/3/1/28364...

Doesn't Jerry own the team? So when it comes down to it-he's the boss.

Trying to make sense of the Cowboy's draft. Personally, I do believe JJ has passed the baton to his son, JJ, Jr., so the burden falls on him now. The Cowboys had a typical terrible draft. No Safety, no qb to groom, on and on. The burden is now on JJ Jr., I think.

Well them Cowboys used to be something when my boy UCLA Bruin Troy Aikman was quarterback :/

It is a shame that since then the Cowboys have underachieved as have my Bruins, never having a good quarterback since Troy's days

:(

Go Bruins, Go Cowboys, do more than finish .500!

Great point Miss Wolfie :)

BTW, I just love those grown men that keep a Y at the end of their first name. You know what that usually mean right Miss Wolfie? If not, ask your seamstress/housekeeper ;)

Go Bruins, Go Cowboys, Go Johnny, Go Ricky, Go Jimmy, oops getting a little turned on here!
