Charlotte restaurant group backs tax for Panthers
The Charlotte chapter of the N.C. Restaurant and Lodging Association has broken with the state organization and issued a letter Monday that supports a half-cent sales tax increase on food and beverages to help pay for stadium renovations for the Carolina Panthers.

I say if you support it then take it out of your own dang wallet! The Panthers are only good to your resteraunts bc of the customers coming in. You are feeding off of someone else for free and then going to support people walking in your resteraunts having to pay more? Losers!
