Losman Sidelined at Camp

The Buffalo Bills opened training camp today with quarterback J.P. Losman sidelined with a strained lower back.

Just read how Losman injured himself. He said he was at a local gym doing leg squats. I use to do those until I found out to many guys hurt their back! You strain your back muscle which can turn into muscle spasms. He should be fine with rest BUT it will be interesting to see if he gets muscle spasms during the year. If he does, remember where you heard it first!!!

Joe, you are right on...AGAIN! I hurt my back a while back doing the same thing & had bad muscle spasms that come & go. I have read other comments from you in the past & you are 99.9% right on. Unfortunately you were dead on about Drury & Briere months before anyone was talking about it. Warning everyone to enjoy watching those two because there is a good chance it's the last time you will see them as a Sabre. How do you do it???

Where have you been, under a rock? Buffalo Joe from VA has been sent down from Sports Heaven. He knows all & sometimes tells all if we are good boys & girls. Everything he states seems to come true. He has been correct in predicting the last 12 Super Bowls & he tells the team just after the 1st regular season game. This is just one example of many!!! And the ladies love him as well, for other reasons :-)
