The current team couldn't take the punishment that Gruden would mete out, but...we'd get rid of the non-performers like our alleged quarterback real quick. Then maybe in 2-3 years, we'd have a football team that wanted to win, as much as they were talented.

I wish he would do something, he's really starting to annoy me when he's on ESPN. Especially his big man-crush with Favre, its starting to get creepy.
