Let's stay concerned with the current Buckeyes, rather than the ones who chose to leave the team before graduating.

Beanie made the right choice and one that Jim Tressel encouraged him to make. Beanie made huge contributions to the Buckeyes and shouldn't be criticized for doing what was right for him and his family. He is one of 11 kids. The kind of money he is going to make as a pro will certainly help out.

Good luck Beanie and stay strong.

If Beanie can remain healthy I believe he will have a great season. Beanie is a Buckeye, he should receive our support in the NFL, just like he did at OSU! Run em over this year Beanie!

I think Chris Wells is a great kid but I would be nervous as all get out if he were my player. He is like a sports car that breaks down every time you take it out on the road. Can you imagine an entire season?

Typical OSU loser fan: Once a player can't help the Buckeyes, he's good for nothing.

I don't think anyone finds this as a surprise. He is very injury prone. I hope that his career is a long and prosperous one. Hang in there Beanie we are all waiting to watch you on Sunday's this fall.

Put him on the cheerleading squad, he will probably slip on the way out of the locker room. Give him a desk job, he will hurt his wrist on the computer. Make him the cook, he will burn his fingers. And he wants to play in the NFL?

Is Wells the football version of Greg Oden with all these injuries and missed games?

As talented as he is one must be concerned with his durability. Only time will tell.

Dude was a powderpuff at Ohio State and will always be. Sure, he was good....when he didn't get hit. Not a football plalyer. Will not last more than 2 years in the NFL. Will get hurt and go byebye with his guaranteed $$.
