What you are not seeing is what happens in practice, his approach/attitude...there has to be a reason he hasn't gotten the chance. If the really saw something in Pryor, don't you think the would give him a chance? Unless he hasn't proved it in practice, or has an attitude. But we don't know that as we weren't in practices.

Did you see the difference in performance between Leinert and Pryor. Leinert is a proven loser, while Pryor is and was a huge question mark. In a totally lost season, only an unqualified moron would refuse to play the intriguing Pryor over to proven bust Leinert. Once the season was lost a wise coach would have used the remainder of the season to see who and what he had on the roster. What happened to evaluating potential. On another note Denvers defense improved GREATLY once Allen was replaced. They were 20th ranked under Allen.

It's obvious you either love Pryor or hate Flynn or both. But truth is I don't care who starts. I want the one that gives us the best chance to win. I don't care if its flynn, pryor or richard seymour qb'ing for us. As long as we start winning again.

Pryor outplayed Flynn in OTA's. Raider beat writers indicated Flynn inaccurate and didn't show much arm strength. Flynn is a noodled arm career backup. Another one of Spots McKenzies GB rejects.

This year all I ask for is improvement and signs of life. I strongly feel like continuity is the key to success in the NFL today. If the team shows improvement then I think he'll be worth hanging onto, but if we have a double digit losing season then I'll be thinking otherwise.

With a coach like DA the only thing consistent will be losing and lame excuses. The Raiders are doomed until they find another quality HC. There's nothing about DA that promotes confidence or leadership. Hanging on to a loser for the sake of continuity is ridiculous.
