Dolphins receiver Chris Chambers passed a breathalyzer test at the police station after his Saturday morning arrest for driving while impaired, reckless driving and speeding, according to sources.

guess the old saying innocent until proven guilty sure does come in to play in this case. i for one wanted to think it was a mistake to begin with, but other readers were quick to jump on the bandwagon by saying all of the troubles other dolphin players have been getting into reflects that they are like other nfl team players over the years. but men will be men just about everyone has an error in judgement. but not the fans who are really fans of the dolphins. they wanted to cinvict him without results the minute it became public news. sorry i was right they were wrong and to the jerk who said it was just like the bengals team and a few other teams the dwi test sure did prive you wrong now eat crow.

I got pulled over in Carolina for not signaling a lane change. I was in a hurry-- didn't bother to signal. You see, there was a guy tailgating me, so I got out of his way.

The guy was a cop. Pulled me over, checked my vehicle for contraband. I was given a $75 ticket. I figured out that my only offense was driving with Broward tags.

I hope Carolina apologizes to Mr. Chambers.

This kind of puts egg on the face of everyone knocking Chambers yesterday. I'm glad to hear of this news, but even so, I was not down on Chambers even if he did get a DWI. I know a lot of people who've gotten 1 DWI, learned an important lesson and are very productive members of society. Even if Chambers had a DWI, it would be a different situation than Evans, who got physically violent with police.

I'm just curious as to what Chambers IS guilty of. If he had no traffic violation, and passed the breath test, what did happen? I think this will get dropped, and is probably over zelous police. I watch Cops from time to time, and it amazes me how many violations of constitutional rights goes on in that show.

Before anyone convicts him or apologizes, let's see the truth. One source says he was DWI, one source says he passed the breathalyzer test. Who are these sources? Remember, there were multiple sources with the Porter incident until the truth came out.

I agree, innocent until proven guilty, or in the case of OJ Simpson, guilty until being proven not guilty.
