Spring semesters at UCF starts in Jan. Playing in Detroit will give Kevin Smith the chance to come back in spring semesters to finish his degree if he wants. I really doubt that the Lions will be a playoff team anytime soon. Good luck, but a bad break in getting drafted by the Lions.

How's that a bad break for him? It's actually good in my opinion. It gives him a good chance to start in the NFL and prove all the other teams wrong who passed him up in the draft. GO KEVIN!!
