He's better than Orton arm strength wise but he has a tendency to lock onto a receiver and throw it to him come hell or high water. Then again, he's not the only problem the bears have.

Some national writer, King or Banks or someone, was picking the Bears for the Superbowl. Boy did they ever get that one wrong.

As I said, and implied, the Packers can't win with a Packer QB and the one you threw away fits nicely and wins in purple. Use whatever excuse you want. The fact is the Packers got SWEPT on national TV by their biggest rival with a legendary FORMER Packer QB in the two biggest games of the year, save for the Superbowl itself. Man, that's gotta hurt. Let me see..........nope. I don't care if it does.

All you Packer fans out there have blinders on. Brett Favre's signing with the Minnesota Viking's had absolutely nothing to do with any so-called disloyalty. Favre was 'loyal' for SIXTEEN years before the Packers booted to the curb. Aaron Rodgers' rookie contract was about to expire, and the Packers knew that they couldn't just let him walk without knowing for sure if they had their 'quarterback of the future' The Packers had no choice but to let Favre go, but it's insane to think that he's a traitor or disloyal for signing with the Vikings. The Packers did what they had to do as an organization, and Favre did what he wanted to do in making another attempt at going after a championship. Who knows, maybe that's just how Packer fans justify poor management decisions.

They call Cutler a "Franchise Quarterback?" Based on what? Leading the donkeys to a .500 record and missing the playoffs for 3 straight years? I think "Brokeback Quarterback" is a better description

im just very impressed favre did not throw up any interceptions in either game against the cheesekurds. 7 TD's 0 Ints. not too shabby. the guy simply knows how to get it done and with the talent on this team he does not have to force such risky throws and end up with the INTs. viking fan or not you gotta admit this team is ready to beat anyone who gets in the way. that run defense doesnt seem to be gettin it done like they did last season and with that piss poor pass defense it could be the difference between a championship and 2nd place. vikes all the way baby. great game yesterday

This is great .No Eric, Jerry and the other Favre haters today. They are back in IF land ,SHOULD HAVE, COULD HAVE land. And now more Packer players complaining. And Jolly's lame A** answer about the penalty. The play was OVER! I guess the Vikings fans could complain about the fumble that wasn't. Like Packer fans would. But we don't need to.

Dude, you're the only hater in here. You root "against" a team, rather than "for" a team. You would rather see the Packers lose than the Vikings win. That is the definition of a hater. That is you.

Vikes are good. Vikes beat the Pack soundly. I acknowledge that. I am also glad you're not a Packer fan anymore.

Another star on that 13-3 team may have helped.

Hey Mr. Prediction...pack will win 10 times in the next 15 years against the Vikes ? That sounds about right, 10 out of 30. Rodgers makes a fine "fantasy quarterback", but in the real NFL,I guess I'd rather have the WINS !! GO VIKES !!

Well, the Cards outplayed the Steelers in the SB but who has 6 World Titles and who has a 2-0 QB SB record as opposed to a 40 year old man, 19 year player who is just 1-1, and that was in the 90s? Aside from that, Favre has lived in the NFC North, the high school division of the NFL. Even with the Jets he could not win the final game or games and quickly fled the AFC to retire for the 5th time. He threw the int against the Giants in his only other NFC Title game and lost. The Steelers are not the top AFC team this year imo. The Vikes had a difficult time putting away a Packer team with a kicker who kicked off to the 18 yard line and gave the Vikes the ball all game at the 50. The AFC has totally dominated the NFC this Century and will again unless the Giants rebound or the Saints pull one out.

Hate to bash Favre again, but let's be honest about the 13-3 GB season. That was about the only decent year he had in years as he threw 20+ ints per season. What QB in NFL History has a miserable 12-10 playoff record, 0-10 at Texas Stadium, and over 100 loses? Look at the whole picture. In 5 or 6 weeks the Vikes will be calling AARP to come and get him like the Jets did last year.
