2013 NFL Mock Draft: Projecting 1st-Round Picks with Draft Order

Geno Smith is NOT the QB some of you may think he is. I have watched every single snap he has taken in his entire career here at West Virginia and although he has excited many of us at times he has also disappointed us just as many. He cannot read defenses and will even admit himself he can't throw in the wind.

He will be no more than a 3rd string backup for his entire (brief) career and wasting a #1 pick on him will be the worse mistake Scott Pioli will ever make

Maybe if Pioli he does pick him then it'll get him out of KC quicker.

Trust me Geno is not a starting QB. The Chiefs need to trade the #1 pick and move around some.

I really agree with you here. He was a mediocre QB prior to running the Air Raid and has significantly less talent than the last 1st round QB to run the exact same system Brandon Weeden. When was the last Air Raid college QB to come to the NFl and work out well? I honestly cant remember one.
