Drunk and stupid = FAIL

The kid is dead, so stfu already and live with the fact he was a loser like his parents.

Alcohol is a leading cause of sad, stupid accidents. I doubt that this will be successful legally, but all the lawyers will make their paycheck.
You aren't ejected from this stadium without being a real problem and I mean more than just being rowdy.
Maybe if he was arrested or hospitalized, he would be alive today, but that is hindsight. I don't know the parents, so I can't say that anyone is a loser.

A notice of claim isn't a lawsuit yet.
It may never get to that stage if the odds don't look good for success and they really don't.

The parents or "family" are losers for blaming everyone but their son for his problem.
Boo-hoo: bad lighting, no fence, blah, blah, blah.

If the kid was sober, he would be alive today.

Sorry, no sympathy here.

Maybe they are just looking for a quick settlement to get beer money?

Maybe the Bills should install jail cells at the stadium to safely lock up all the white drunks till they get sober like Otis Campbell use to do??
