Everett Doctor: Months And Years Of Rehab Ahead

One of the doctors treating Kevin Everett says the injured Bill likely has many months, and perhaps years of rehabilitation ahead of him.

I think that the doctors are trying the best they can, but what about family and friends? They are probably asking for answers not even the smartest doctors in the county can give them. Also, Everett will obviously will not be playing football anytime soon, so what is he going to do after he recovers, if he can ever move his hands a gain that is.

If each of us are lucky enough, we experience an ephnify(sp) in our lives, I think that this experience is Kevin's . I hope and pray everyday that Kevin improves a liitle each day. My daughter got excited when she heard on the radio that Kevin moved his fingers and I was grateful that he did. The prayers of all the fans are really working and as long as everyone prays for Kevin he just may produce another miracle and have a full recovery even though it will take a long time.

Sometimes loved ones "see" improvements in a person's conditon because they are praying with all of the hope in their hearts and souls. We sometimes can be in denial of the apparent situation of someone we love. I believe that is what Kevin Everett's family is doing and this is SOOOOO NORMAL!!!!
