So what now; will he be suspended again by the NFL? The Bills should have done their homework to see if that will be the case. If so, they should have tried to postpone until after the season. If it comes down to him being suspended again, leaving us shorthanded again, then the Bills, once again, have dropped the ball. Let's hope that's not the case.

How do you know they didn't try postponing it past the season? It had already been postponed once, perhaps the court wouldn't postpone again without good reason simply to meet the Bills desires.

As bad as the charge is, give him credit for finally accepting responsibility for his actions.
Maybe this will serve as a lesson well learned.
I agree. He took responsibility for his actions. Let's hope he did learn from it.

I don't know, I was speculating. Sorry that didn't come across. I do believe I used the words "...should that be the case...". Sorry if I wasn't more clear on that.

Well, since we'll never be privy to private hallway discussions among the attorneys, prosecutors, and/or in the judge's chambers...

it just doesn't seem like a fair thing to speculatively accuse them of: "... once again dropped the ball" and so on.

Seems harsh unless there's some info.

I respectfully disagree. IF the Bills did their due diligence and passed this by the NFL & the courts to see what options they had, then they did right. But, if they didn't, then they dropped the ball...again! Now, I'm not saying they received favorable information or that they had any control in the outcome, but they should have, at least, checked...
