The most critical position the Dallas Cowboys need to fill is not at quarterback although Tony NoGo was never a quality player like quite a few of Dallas's qbs in the past.

The real skill position that needs to be filled is at "owner." Jones is, and has always been, a know it all loser who can't see past his many football limitations.

America's Team, not even Dallas County's Team. LOL
