Cleveland Browns safety T.J. Ward has been fined $25,000 by the NFL for his hit on Dallas receiver Kevin Ogletree during Sunday's loss to the Cowboys.
He should've been fined over $50,000 because he hit Kevin Ogletree as hard as he possibly could!!
