He also used the victim's computer to "like" the local, country prison via his facebook account.

At least he had his priorities. Did he check his online prison dating/gang rape profile too?

Should have let it go on for a few days.
Probably would have gotten laughed at,"Bullied" & un-freinded so many times he would turned himself in or been suicidal. Rick

That's that right wing / tee baggrz homophobes' notion of justice. Gang rape.

It is so revealing of everything they stand for.

Okay, another tee baggrz who thinks that gang rape in prison is a legitimate aspect of justice.

BTW, who is short shorted? Do you think the earth is billions of years old, or are you a solid Republican Party member?

Why did the burglar leave his clothes at the house? I understand they were wet but the story didn't say anything about the burglar taking any clothes only credit cards and a watch. Did he leave naked? Why would he think he could fool the homeowner into giving him his clothes back without having the cops show up? What a retard (the burglar).

I didn't say anything about you being short shorted, you must have me confused for someone else.

But as you brought it up (no pun intended), I believe the vertically challenged should indeed have the same freedoms that the rest of us enjoy.

I typed an incorrect word. Meanwhile misogynistic, homophobic tee baggrz continue with their jokes about gang rape, particularly as an aspect of the "criminal justice" system.

It makes sense - all their "positions" have to do with abuse of power and coercion, at root.

#1, I did not know you were so sensitive about prison gang rape.#2, I don't think prison gang rape is a legitimate form of criminal punishment.#3, Prison gang rape is simply a reality of incarceration, and I was insensitive to make any kind of joke about it.#4, I will probably do it again.#5, Were you sexually assaulted when you were in prison?#6, Just sayin'

Well, that's the entire point - of course homophobic tee baggrz aren't aware of any problem with gang rape in prisons, or as various R. politicians in the last election cycle made clear, the violent rape of women.

So naturally the total indifference is yours. That's why prison rape jokes are so common from homophobes who can't stop thinking about any form of male to male contact, consensual or otherwise.

And no, abuses of power are not just a "reality" of incarceration. They come about and can be heavily influenced by policies and attitudes. The right wing is currently opposing the Justice Dept.'s efforts to combat rape in prison, for example.

At root, tee baggrz think that women and gay men and poor people and immigrants and prisoners "deserve" whatever outrages can be visited upon them. As we see here from the "joke," which is a tired cliche on top of everything else, about prison rape.

You're not just very bright...in addition to the problem of the self delusion about everything and the ugly politics.

I for one have learned far more about the current conundrum of prison rape than I really truly wanted to. Now that I'm properly informed.... It's sobering, it's shocking and it is indeed an outrage!

Yet... deeply ingrained raising, mixed with a touch of common sense, tells me the best way to avoid prison rape is simply to stay the hell out of prison? That, to me... also seems just a tad logical.

As I myself, found NR's comment in question slightly humorous...I must now face the cold and hard fact that I also... must be a tee baggrz(?)

Tee Baggrz UNITE! And dip your bags in someone's tea. Because someone, somewhere...has weak tea. Surely they will thank you.

Now for love of God or Nancy Pelosi... will someone please hide Philly's political soapbox?!! Or at least put it slightly out of reach where it can't be grabbed at a moments notice, and where they can't jump on it and then rant, at slightest little tiny opening that they see?!! Pretty Pleeeease?

Still love ya Philly ;). I personally blame the better half's kitten that been trying to help me type this morning. You want a kitten? Anyone else? And how much money would you need to take it?

No, you're not informed, but you are very open about not truly wanting to know.

"Stay out of prison" is the tee baggrz response to abuses of power, which the right wing wishes to block reasonable remedies for, within the "criminal justice" system.

Sick, anti rational fascists and bigots. Right wingers like lack of consent, their politicians have made clear again and again how trivial they consider the violent rape of women outside of the "criminal justice" system to be, also.
