I never noticed this thread yesterday when got on-line.
Gosh I didn't know you 'guys' cared, made 'me' feel loved. Thanks for worrying about me:SERIOUSLY!

Gauge said 1 & 3 tenths inches over the 6 days I was gone - grass and garden looked like I'd been gone a month. Why do weeds grow so-much faster than
anything else? I got these poor little flowers in the corner of the garden poking their little blooms up thru the weeds, bless their hearts.

Aye, just looked in and had received a PM letting me know she is around. Asked her to come here and report in.
Correct, still no Hoos. I sure hope he is okay. He is one of my fighting buddies. Love to go around with him. Actually, he picks on me.
**That's what boys are supposed to do to little girls. Some things you never forget. Feels good to be a 'buddie'!**
Is fun to have someone yank my pixelated (???)braids every now and then. Think he enjoys doing it more-so.
PS: I'll admit pick'n on "U" is fun but the real enjoyment is your responses.
MR. E thanks for caring about OC & 'me'.

Hopefully no more flooding for her. I'm sure she's tired of the rain by now. It's not as heavy my way. I'm getting rain but not in the amounts they are.
Am sure the folk in Moore feel they've had enough by now. Can't say don't blame them. Same thing pretty much happened to Joplin.

I am off to work for a bit. Will be listening to the weather channel.

I'll check in later today.

Everyone stay safe.

Good to hear you are safe and somewhat sound. Safe anyway.

Rained down here like it owned it.

Yeah yeah...my responses are your pleasure. Ya old goat! Take care of you.

Will check in later.

Yeah, I can't imagine all the rain on top of a demolished house or business while they are trying to clean up and get things back to normal. Sounds tough to me. I agree with you.

Good morning! Thought I'd post so y'all don't worry too much. We had some storms move through this morning dumping even more rain, but not the serious flooding like Saturday. Creeks and rivers are still at capacity and smaller ones are running over again, just not as bad. Should dry out soon, but more is expected this evening into tomorrow. I got my towels out in case the laundry room gets more water! LOL!
Mister E, my yard is sooooo bad! It's way to wet to even try to mow, so I'm a bad neighbor! Hahaha!

I'm not Hippi but I read the article this morning. It was clocked at 295 mph and was 2.6 miles wide which makes it the largest tornado in Oklahoma recorded history.

Yes, Dork, it's true. They just upgraded the death toll to 18 with 2 still missing. Some of those were due to the severe flooding after the tornado. They're still finding bodies in rivers and creeks.:(

Oh yeah. I work close to downtown so we're good here. The bldg is leaky, as evidenced by the ceiling tile, but other than that, business as usual.

I remember when I lived in CA and had to go to work at LAX after a big earthquake, what a mess the roads were. I worked on the 12th. floor and thankfully is was built after Silmar earthquake so it was on rollers. My son posted lots of pictures from when he was in Moore two weeks ago. Very disheartening!

I watched the Voice tonight. They went the area hit by the tornado and put on a concert. Was hard to watch the devastation. The tender hearts aching.

Before running off and doing the last of this rush job, I checked the weather.

I feel so so sorry for folk in OK. Not a break anywhere in sight.

Hang in there guys. And know you are deeply cared about by so many.

Will be checking in as always throughout the day.

Stay safe!
