Ask him if he knew Dick Dwinger from Greensburg

Well, I'm glad to hear that he's not going to race this weekend, unless if he changes his mind....His other racing commitments is put on hold!

---Word Woman--- have you ever heard his brothers testimony?

They changed that gate before the next race. Burton personally supervised it.
I called him when they changed the spring race date after 3 years and said I wasn't going to contend with 'ZERO' temperatures and snow at a NASCAR race and ask if I could keep my fall tickets, he said no, so I cancelled my season tickets which I had had for years.
The stubborn jackazz, which I already knew wouldn't do it!
Now they're begging for people to buy tickets, serves him right.
There was no reason to change the venue to begin with to please French!

I'm glad they are going to reconstruct the running over of that poor boy and then they'll see Tonys' responsible!

I've always really liked Darrell & Michael Waltrip. One of my favorites growing up was Ricky Rudd. Actually, nearly all of the drivers that I met/knew were really nice guys. In fact, Brett Bodine helped me out in college & was my guest speaker for a presentation I had to give on Sports PR.
As for the track, that seems like business as usual for NASCAR at this point...it's become more about the money & less about the sport...they need to realize that, without fans, there is no NASCAR...

I looked at the video in slow motion and you can see Tony veer towards Kevin and the rest was history! Investigators did say that Tony could be charged with 2nd degree manslaughter if in fact he caused his death.....Well who the dern else caused it????
People need to grow the dern up.....A dern ghost didn't cause Kevin to lose his life!

No, a ghost didn't...Kevin, himself, did.

Nevermind...here it is & I see no such "veering" toward Hart...his car veered to the right when he made contact with Hart...

&fe ature=youtube_gdata_player

Here's the reality...Hart had FAR better visibility than Stewart did...he should have been more aware of the danger he was in, rather than so blind with rage, and seen the right rear tire coming & gotten the hell out of the way....

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Tony Stewart fan (Gordon is my driver). Just don't see the point of the guy being convicted by someone that doesn't have all of her frogs in a row.

Yes...it seems I did. Dunno why Hart stuck in my mind, rather than Ward...
I'm human & can admit when I make a mistake...too bad there aren't more folks on this forum who can do the same...

Stewart better have some deep pockets (and he does) because he will get SLAMMED with a civil, wrongful death suit.

I am so thankful that Kevin Ward Sr. saw what everyone else saw and he wants to know why Tony ran over his son!
Also, everyone else saw Kevin on the track and Tony is the only one with blurred vision....What a dern shame!

Of course...what parent WOULDN'T want to blame someone else, rather than having to admit that his/her child made a reckless, stupid decision that resulted in his/her death?!?

And, if you'll notice on that slow motion video...the car in front of Tony Stewart wobbled a bit in order to miss Ward & nearly hit him...Stewart was higher on the track than the driver in front of him & just couldn't do it. That kid was running around like a chicken up & down that dimly lit track in a freaking black suit...it's no one's fault but his own...

I agree with the notion of a civil suit- a wrongful death suit.
