Hey there Dork, great to see you...I've never understood why any man would want his wife to be a second class citizen. My wife is as confident as I am, which is the only way things should be.

My daughter in law is Asian and I asked her, "why don't you walk in back of my son", she said, "if anything, he'll walk in back of me"! Love that girl! My husband had never been married prior to me, he says it's because no women ever gave him the competition that I do.
How is Mrs. Billy?

Mrs Billy is doing fantastic, she is one of the most consistent and dependable people that I know.....When I walk with my wife, I always have to make a decision. Do I walk beside her and enjoy the conversation, or do I walk behind her and enjoy the view.......

Glad to know that I'm not the only one that still feels that way about their wife. Ain't that how life is supposed to be?

It's certainly a good foundation for marriage! I still walk my husband to the door when he leaves for work, and I usually greet him at the door when he returns!(12 years)

That of course is a two way street. I have no respect whatsoever for a woman who takes the attitude that the opinions expressed by the husband in this household do not necessarily reflect those of the management. Of course, I would expect my wife to say something if I were wrong, but by the same token, a woman should also allow herself to be subject to correction in the same manner.

Some people have that "I'm the boss" attitude when it comes to marriage, but it seems to work so much better when there's NOT a labor force and management, or a master and slave, but 2 servants--each doing what is best for the other one.

My husband and I both consider each other as "equals". Neither one of us feels the need to "manage" the other! Someone sounds like they have "control" issues!

Othwerwise, whats the sense?

She better be able to cook (no problem there)

She damn well better be able to clean (can you say, housekeeper?)

Wash is a must (you got it dirty, you wash it)

Pipe down when the O's or Ravens are playing (that's my Q to go shopping)

Housewife to sl#t in 30 sec.(that's mutual)

My housekeeper has this little thingy on her i-phone so I usually just leave my card if I'm not going to be home.

I'm not going to be tricked into telling you where I swipe the cards, lmao!

My husband just yelled, "get me my lunch woman"! I hope he has cash for a tip when it gets here!

controls are something you have on the car, appliances, and over your temper--NOT your spouse.....
