In a desperate effort to attract Latino voters, Tea Party pundits now proclaim that 'the U.S. immigration system is flawed and broken,' and say 'Congress must pass legislation' to fix it Sal Russo, co-founder of the Tea Party Express, last week wrote an op-ed piece in Roll Call proclaiming that "the U.S. immigration system is flawed and broken" and ... Well, well...
Endorsing it means nothing at this point. Looks like the tea party got up on the wrong side of the isle. Unless they do something they cannot have it both ways. Thought they would have learned something two years ago

Politicians will be politicians I guess.

You're talking about people that walk around with tea bags hanging from their clothing. There are people in nut houses for doing less than that.

Well well it looks like the pro-amnesty crowd can't try to insult people who support the enforcement of immigration laws, the sovereignty of this country and the protection of its citizens from millions of criminals by calling them tea party members.
I just wish they would have not gotten involved in the issue from the start but it was inevitable that they would roll over on this issue like the rest of the crooks we call "leaders".
This country does have some of thee greatest politicians money can buy.

Oh no! Now our tea partier script repeaters will have to contradict their previous posts saying that we already have immigration laws and we just need to enforce them, rather than acknowledging that our immigration system is flawed and broken, which requires new legislation. How embarrassing it must feel!

That's funny right there. Electing someone to political office "knowing" that it was "inevitable" that they would "roll over on the issue". Why not elect those that you know "won't" roll over. Run white separatists or aryan nation candidates. They seem to have the same agenda as teabaggerz. Why not stop all this "I'm not a racist" BS and just do it. But we both know that the teapublicans are just doing this for votes. Those that they are trying to convince to vote for them know it also.

We all know that tea partiers' reputation for disliking  (to put it mildly) liberals, progressives, Republicans, racial and ethnic minorities, gays, lesbians, transexuals, cross dressers, scientists — well just about everyone except old white men and the women who curiously cling faithfully to them, perhaps out of personal dependence, low self-esteem or belief in literal interpretation of their proper place in the bible — but now they're starting to turn on one another.

Yee-haw!

It's better when the just keep clicking their favorite icons instead of trying to compose written responses or re-pasting scripts we all know verbatim, especially now that they're turning on their leaders who write the scripts. How confusing would that be?
