You missed the point...again.<quoted text>
It doesn't matter where it happened...what the Jews went through was TERRIBLE...
btw, the Irish were discriminated against when they came to America...many of them had to change their name...or the spelling of it...no lol
The subject, just in case you missed it - and I presume you did - is civil rights abuse in America.
Contrary to the beliefs of a few short-witted children on Topix, I was not comparing the plight of the Jews in Nazi-occupied Germany to anything. If you would, please - read back a few million words and discover that I wasn't the one that made that analogy in the first place.
The Irish were not alone. The Irish arrived here with Jews, Germans, Polish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, East Indian, Somoan, Puerto Rican, Mexican, Columbian, English, Austrian, Bulgarian, Serbian, French, Morocan, Sikh, Canadian and Norwegian immigrants too - so unless you're American Indian, ya'll are part of the immigration movement in the United States - just...like...me.
And, in the process of actually providing a valid point, I overlooked some minority groups that have actually been subjected to racial bias, slurs or hate crimes, please accept my humblest apologies.
