Yes, let's put things into perspective here. Turns out this guy was yet another thug who probably got what was coming to him.
There's a lot of them about, but where is the justification in shooting anybody
6 TIMES when issued with a tasar...it's obscene. I wouldn't have wished to
be in that policeman's shoes, but nevertheless his mis-handling of the situation
is responsible for the outcome.

getting on topix over the weekend, anyhow, here now, all that matters.
So it's you having the nice weather...leaves are falling here and we have
been promised arctic conditions. Doesn't your heart bleed for us, lol!

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
My dog is scratching and scratching!
Yes, I bought some suitable spray (for dogs) at the pet store
& followed the instructions, they told me 'twas too late now
to put on the preventative method, the one that's dabbed
on the back of the neck earlier in the year.
This is kind of like a vicious circle, I apply the treatment,
then she goes off and sits in the grass and attracts more
creepies again!!
Has anyone any info on older methods, which are often
excellent and established..
Also
would regular washing/bathing help?
I'd be grateful for any info..
It's uncomfortable for her-
Thanks
Grace....I can see you have had excellent advice elsewhere, but what you said about
'sitting in the grass' made me think...could Ali be allergic to the seed in the grass...
I know my brother religiously applied the flea treatment each month only to see his
dog tearing away at his back in distress, he bathed the dog, which helped in calming
it down a bit, but the underlying cause was an allergy to the seed in grass and his Vet
prescibed accordingly.
Another possibility are ticks. Have you checked for ticks?
Less likely unless you live near a farm, but a possibility.
I found them occasionely on the cats, and so now, I use a product which prevents
fleas AND ticks.

If the police would've have shot him with a taser, there would've have been public outcry still about it's use on an unarmed man; same thing if mase were used.

I think you are missing what is happening here in the good 'ole U.S. of A., Ms. Rigby; some groups want the right to cause mayhem and harm to others without having to face any ramifications for their actions. This incident is yet another perfect example. This man's parents are crying and bemoaning what a good child he was, even when presented with hard evidence to the contrary. In my opinion, the guy was lucky to have lived as long as he did; his parents should consider him lucky that the store clerk he rousted wasn't armed.

Most of our winters are mild in Dallas. It gets cold but it doesn't stay cold for more than 24 hours most years. I can stand the hot summer but I love our winters

El I have not heard the cop fired 6 rounds but that doesn't surprise me. You keep firing ans long as they are standing in your sights. Bottom line is don't attack a cop cause you might get shot!
