Can't argue with that Denny...<quoted text>Good morning El and Grace and all my friends here.I just get tired of all the alarm about everything. If we don't do X then the sky will fall. There have been so many crisis. The population explosion ,the ice age was predicted in 1973, Global warming predicted there would be no ice in the Arctic now. The seas will rise and destroy New York. There has always been the same amount of water in the world. If the Arctic ice melted the seas wound not rise an inch. If you have a glass full of water and ice does the glass run over when the ice melts? Only ice on land melting would add to the level. It has been both colder and warmer but so what. What would happen in England if it was a little warmer? It used to be warmer in England and you grew grapes and produced a lot of wine
but I will say that England (and Wales) still produces wine, on a small scale, but because
of exise tax and the government's lack of help to the vineyard owners, it is cheaper
to hop over to France via the Channel tunnel and buy as much wine, duty free, as you
Incidentally, English, and Welsh wine is quite nice, but steer clear of anything labelled
British and the grapes were imported.
