A very Good Morning to ALL here...
Watched Sky News as per usual this morning,
hope that resolves itself pretty quickly...
listened to Harry Reid for the first time,
what a very sincere man he appears.
Good morning El. Boardwalk Empire has started back :)

STRUTH! That's a relief then, last I read he was not flavour
of the month at No. 10.....
Must mention, I found a clip from Henry V and watched (and heard)
Laurence Olivier's rendition of the speech Henry made to his troops
before the Battle of Agincourt.Excellent stuff. Thanks so much for refreshing my
memory there {{{CUZ LUKE}}}
{{{Cuz El}}} my pleasure. While aware of, and with very faded memory about, Sir Olivier's oration: my growing interest of Shakespeare creativity was more aligned with hearing Sir Branagh's part in his movie, Henry V; a rousing rendition as well!

Happy October 1 Tuesday to all y'all Kitchen-eers!

I heard that Tony is doing well and that he is hopeful that
the cancer has gone for good. Both he and Tally in their
different ways have had a struggle with their health as we
know, and both have survived with full honours!
Have a wonderful day from beginning to end dear Princess...<3
Superb news that Tony has vanquished that cancer. And that all with health struggles (procedures) and worries (tests, check-ups) have come out on the good side.

hip,hip ... huzzAH! Cheers!

I was tempted to watch Kenneth Branagh's version also, but got
distracted by other links. I knewlittle about the Battle of
Agincourt until your mention...:) so I checked a bit further and
I was amazed to see that the French Knights were beaten by
English and Welsh bowmen, particularly in view of the huge
difference in numbers the French having a far larger army.
I recall when Henry V111's flagship 'Mary Rose' was brought to
the surface, they found lots of bows inside, and yet, once cleaned
up, repaired to former 'glory' none of the present day men could
pull them. Proves how strong the bowmen were in those far flung days.
Happy October 1st to you too...:)

Glad to hear all is well with your health and Good Morning.

As you know I do like to watch a game of football..although never yet been to a match in person. I tell a lie, I took my two sons
a long time ago to watch Manchester City of all things, lol.
The Sports channels are harping all the while on the player who bit
another, remember?, he is nothing short of genius but one man does not make a team. The same applies to the Government, you cannot hold one man responsible for any failings. imho

'a' Chamberlain? True we had Neville Chamberlain, he did
what he though was right to avert the coming war, unfortunately
he made a big mistake.

But a 'trend fashion'.....???
