G8 (G20 sometimes) meetings are not intervention; there is no dictating at these meetings of leaders of industrialized nations [while they might have impulses to gang up on Vlad. Putin!:)]. World leaders don't take kindly to be dictated to in these matters. It's a process of world diplomacy at the highest level. What's the alternative? Whether the U.K. should be a member of the European Union is an entirely different horse, independent of these meetings.<quoted text>
