Evening Denny! It's no secret in the Kitchen that you vehemently despise Obama. If memory serves, you are also a veteran of military service and/ or war.

How then could you or any conservative argue with obama's signing a bill to restrict protests at military funerals???

http://www.secretsofthefed.com/obama-signs-bi...

Given Ms Campbell's stance you should be ashamed to hail from Texas.

http://www.texasmonthly.com/story/campbell-fa...

It's despicable that a hate mongering's "church"'s right to free speech trumps someone else's right to privacy. And apparently Texas is all to happy to oblige her.

Tony....good thing you understand my sense of humour..I know you would trade places today but.. another day closer to being well.
Youngest son has bought a boat yesterday, a cabin cruiser, needs much work doing to it. Trying to find mooring for it up here, it is moored in Leicester at the moment. Lots of potential to it.
See you later...pot of tea always freshly brewed here in the Kitchen.
No probs- had a number 3 haircut three weeks ago in preparation for losing the hair - has started to drop out a bit in the last couple of days so debating shaving head: always fancied myself as Yul Brynner! Actually - belay that thought - smoking killed him at 65!
Boats are expensive hobbies - if you need any advice, PM me and happy to provide it.

well ya gotta be careful who u smile at though.
one time my sister and I and hubby's were in a bar, this older lady looks over at our table and my sister smiles at her and the lady says "what are u smiling at, u don't know me" lol lol
the funny thing, my sister is the mildest, easy going person I know, so unlike me, so this just floored her, she didn't know what to say. and normally I would be the one to come to her rescue but it was so funny I couldn't think and just laughed my silly head off, which in turn cracked all of us up.
so in the end, this lady gave us something to talk and laugh about, even all these years later. I guess smiing is a good thing no matter what.
:)
nice to see u here Angel!

Good Morning all here.

A blustery day with showers of huge
hailstones! Everywhere very very green,
there's a 'new'green in May that one never sees any other time
of year, that vivid almost luminous green:

El,
I watched BGT,
And like you said, there were some very good
Acts, and yes Rosie sang very well indeed,
Also
I enjoyed the lady Kelly who was in her 70's
and sang a fun song, Simon liked her too
you could tell.
what about the two little Irish fellas in early teens,
who sang plus guitar, very good too.
It's an interesting show indeed,
as is THE VOICE.

****

Tony,
Don't get a short back and sides
whatever you do lol
Do you remember in very olden times,
they used place a pudding bowl over
a young lads head and cut around it ..ha ha!

I often wonder was that for real!
All good wishes to you
and to all here indeed.

Shaven heads are all the vogue so you will just look cool.
And think how nice it will look when it grows back on, I
now 'cos I've been there, I actually modelled wearing a wig,
had to whip it off inbetween changes (of clothes) then when my
hair started to grow again I had it bleached blonde in a gamin
style....never looked better!
Hasten to add, this was not due to chemo.
Extremely helpful of you Tony to offer advice, will pass that along to number two son, actually P's youngest.

Bora Da PFfff...

you know, they are like that here, folk always let on even
to strangers, always ask 'how are you'...whereas we (English)
are much more reserved....usually..:)
I used to be a bit silly..lol..and give a cheery HELLO to people with a big smile on my face, and they would say HELLO back and smile, and you could see them thinking..'do I know her'..

it's a shame people have to grow up and act correctly.
