Hello my Dear friend Grace and all the kitcheneers!!!! Thank you Grace for kindly thinking of us. Boomer is doing great, still a little double vision but you'll have that with a head injury. We are doing wonderful just very busy with the Festival Season gearing up. This Friday we set up for the Ohioanna Book Festival that is all about Ohio Authors where people can meet and have them sign their books. Great time on Saturday and then Sunday we jury all the applications for the Community Festival, approx. 500 applications for 220 spaces.(on Mothers Day) The festival isn't until end of June.
Thank you all for holding down the kitchen.
Lots of love to all of you!
Peace as always.
Very good to see you again BE...and good to know that Boomer
is progressing well and in time to do the Fests justice.
Good luck with that.
You should know you have been missed in the kitchen...both of you.
Love and Peace....

Should imagine with Tom, what you see is what you get.
I found a link from when he was younger singing with a
Male Voice Choir...both he and the choir were awesome.
As you may have guessed Grace, I am hooked on Welsh
singers by now.
My friend in England once dated Tom Jones before he became famous

WE call 'em caravans and they are the bane of every driver's life as they wobble westward down the M4/M5. At least on the motorways, you can pass them: on the A303, there are places where you are just stuck behind with no chance. We get at least half a dozen crashes each year when they flip because the driver tried to go too fast towing.
there are similar situations around here ... the coastal highway that runs up from Los Angeles to Seattle has only a few select passing zones and is single lane much of the way and these guys slow things to a crawl sometimes. Years ago I drove south on the main highway (the I-5) Vancouver to LA in about 2 days, it took more than 3 days to drive back on the coast. ALso, the drive from Vancouver to the very touristed interior cities can be a similar nightnamare.

Anything is both possible and impossible. Some things I guess we'll just never really know will we? That's some things are just a matter of faith.

The same applies to myself Franko..to appease both parents who were of differing religions, I was brought up with a scant knowledge of either. I sought a religion when I was 16 but was forbidden from attending any longer as my mother considered it was making me 'morose'. It dictated it was a sin to watch tv. wear make up etc. Only thankful my mother stepped in, lol.
Incidentally, the road on which I travel to town was built inbetween 70-400 AD..by the Roman troops as a means of moving the army around the country between the various towns. Before the Romans came there were no roads, just Iron Age...ancient Britons.
SO Britain was dragged forward into the third century by force?

I wonder .. with genetic testing on fossils as much as 40,000 years old, the genome experts are now able to track the percentage of Neanderthal DNA in modern humans ... are they looking for alien DNA in there too? HOw could aliens make their DNA compatible with ours? The match has to be nearly 100%....
