Hi there Brighteyes ! Hope all is well with you and Boomer.....and the kitties.
Festival season should soon be starting. I look forward to it. Enjoy.
:-)
Thanks Quinn, we are all doing well. I woke with a headache this morning so I got up, took something a back to bed. Sure I did..... our Kitties would not leave me alone. Our tuxedo Panda kept getting in my face and talking to me. I have taught him to say Mama so he gets in my face saying, "Mama, Mama" (to cute) Then the other comes up and coos at me as if to say, are you alright? It seems as if our kitties know when we are not feeling well because it happens every time Boomer and I. When Boomer had his injury 3 weeks ago, they would not leave him alone. Would love to hear from others about their experiences.
Yes Quinn you are so right, we are in full swing with our Festivals coming up. I have opened over 400 applications for the Community Festival and about 100 still to come. We will jury these on Mothers Day and will do another festival that same weekend. We have at least 1 to 2 festivals every month to do until November. Busy,Busy!!
Hope you have a great week ahead Quinn.
Love and Peace always.

Happy Sunday Denny. Congrats on your 4 new listings. It's all about being in the community and taking the time to talk to people. Awesome. I wanted to let you know that this month has been a good one for me in that I have won 2 of 3 games of pool with Boomer!!! Hope it continues. We shall see. Have a great day.
Peace always.

All wishes for the London Marathon to go off without problems; and any other events all around.
While Boston itself was wounded, so too the world as it is a global event. The oldest marathon in America at 117 years old, runners and spectators come from everywhere, there are so many nationalities living in the Boston and MA greater area, and significant heritage of same certainly includes Ireland and Great Britain.
I must be off. Have great weekend all and/or do what needs done.
Very nice to see you again Luke, needless to say we missed you.

Regarding the measles outbreak, like most things, this could have been avoided, in this case, had there been a single 'shot' available rather than the triple MMR which was, either rightly or wrongly, under suspicion of being linked to autism.

Oh well, we live and learn.

Thought I would mention, a new Ken Burns series is coming here soon..WEST...starts on April 29th...looking forward to that.

Earl Grey coming up...:)

Can you tell me please....

Are we Christians or what?

Is there anyone amongst us has a shred of pity for the young man of 19 fighting for his life....

I often wondered how people who had lost loved ones could forgive those responsible, in fact I thought it beyond my understanding, that I never could personally if someone took the life of one of my family...yet the Lord's Prayer comes to mind..'Forgive us our trespass as we shall forgive them who trespass amongst us'

I can assure you I was as shocked as anybody at recent events, and have all the sympathy in the world for those stricken...

but regardless of the crime, this is a kid who was cohersed into doing something against his nature...anybody can see that, and he is really paying the price.

No El, i for one have NO pity for this young man.

within each and every one of us is the ability to understand right from wrong. he knew exactly what he was doing and showed no pity for others. he chose his own destination, now he must pay the price.
its easy to say we're christians but, we still are human, with emotions to deal with.
if there is any pity to feel it should be for the young people who lost their lives, families that have been forever torn apart - and for what???

these were "men" who were out to destroy others simply because they themselves could not cope with life, feeling its their right to make others suffer because of their own failure..
