Thinking of you today dear Boomer...you won't feel a thing, really,
so glad you recovered so well, it could have been so much worse.
I have to say, your recipe you mention sounds very very tasty, don't worry about any conversions, I have a chart up on the fridge, have to admit not familiar with habanero, but can do a search.
All the best today then...please let us know how you go on.
Best to BE....<3
You don't want to know about habanero or Scotch Bonney or Ghost pepper :) Mucho Calenite

Yes, I agree with every word,
even hardened police said
they found it extremely difficult
to deal with;
great thinking that
they bugged the house and got the
info which led to their convictions...
like you say HOW difficult it will
be for the other siblings to resume ANY kind
of normal life..
anyway, it has just emerged in the news today, he got LIFE..
[no surprise there]

Not to appear rude - writing about something

here it is

NOT that it will make pleasant reading!
it is a case which has shocked everyone in
these parts.
I hadn't heard the outcome, tend to turn on the news at six,
can only say that let us hope Life means just that, when I
think of those five little coffins....
I do agree with those who dispute that they are representative of
the benefit system though, that is totally unjust.

I also got a kiss yesterday on the car-park from the
nicest lady. She asked me in faltering English if
I had change for the trolley, offering me a two pound coin.
I gave her two fifty pence pieces and being the dimwit
I am, I said I will get the other pound when I return
the trolley. Then I realized she had given me enough for the
trolley so handed it over. I guessed at her Nationality and
welcomed her to Wales. She flung her arms round me....I meet
such lovely people when I go to the shops.

El I was thinking of an old story about the start of Communism. The guy was explaning to a peasant how wonderful everthing would be. He said if a man has two cows the state will take one away and give it to another. If a man has two pigs the state will take one away and give it to another. If a man has two chickens the state will take one away and give it to another. The peasant shouted nyet! I have two chickens :)

Good day to all.
I have made my return from the hospital sans staaples! The procedure was quite easy and a tad painful. The device used looked like a hole punch with a littleslide underneath. The flat part is slid under and the the top sort of lifts the staple out. Other than having some hair pulled, it was rather painless! I was cautioned to be aware of any vertigo symptons for the next 3 weeks. Lots of free time to do some baking! Anyone care for a cranberry corn muffin?

Fish, an amazing food. Baked, smoked, fried, or dried! Yum yum!
Pass the smoked trout or salmon. A little cream cheese with that on the same thinly sliced bread. Shall we have a little white wine with that!?

Thank you all. Reading some of your posts have been delightful.
Peace.

Glad to hear it's done and dusted Boomer, couldn't have been
too pleasant. Time to heed their cautionary advice.
Must say some of the culinary ideas you present in the kitchen
sound wonderful....
Enjoy the remainder of your day...
Peace.

Thank you Dear Lady El for all your support and love. I have been catching up on my sleep lately considering being up for about 48 hours straight is no fun with having to make sure Boomer was okay.
Again, thank you.....now he is acting like Betty Crocker! LOL
Lots of Love to you, Grace, Quinn, FC, PFff, Denny, Quinn and all the others that are in the kitchen.
