Do to the shooting in CT there has been some talk about the matter and I wondered what you thought?

This way schools will know where the guns are exactly.

I don't think it even matters, Crazy One. Obama is giving M-1 tanks and F-16 fighters to the Mo Bro Hood in Egypt. I think we're all pretty much screwed.

Of course its not their business...
however, like having lists of who is willing to bake brownies. help in outings etc.. would always be prudent to know who can bring a gun to certain situations if need arise...SINCE,, we are not going to deem our children important enough to protect....in same fashion as banks.. sports arenas etc...

How would this help?

I mean it wouldn't keep the crazies with guns out of the school would it?

How about we petition the schools to have an active list of all the parents who are convicted pedophiles and sex offenders?

Better to just change state laws and take schools of off laws that prohibit CCL carry. That is what we did with churches here in Texas after a mass shooting. Now most churches have a few people who are armed on Sunday morning. This gun grab by Democrats is going to cost them. Who says you don't need a magazine that will hold more than 10 rounds. Even police have a poor record of accuracy when someone is shooting back at you. 8 out of 10 rounds miss when under fire.

I'll have to agree with you on this, it wouldn't help to prevent another shooting. Adam Lanza had no connection to the school.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!
Whats next, a list of which parents own legal pornography. A list of who has alcoholic beverages in the home. A list of who owns large knives or swords. A list of who belongs to a motorcycle group. A list of who belongs to which church. A list of who is married, or just living together. A list of single parents. A list of parents with a felony conviction . A list of parents with a misdemeanor record. A list of parents who are not heterosexual.

School systems have round robin phone systems for school delays, cancellations etc.. I can garantee you if used in tragic situations, a parent would get there much faster than the police force!,,
and for the naysayers. I am not being flip regarding our tragedies or our precious children...
My flippance is in regards to the unbalanced "excuses"of who is important..and the answers we are expected to swallow from the Frankensteins and their possees...

I vote for the schools to mind their own business, but I also support severe penalties for parents who do not keep their firearms properly secured resulting in their sons or daughters bringing guns to school.
