damn 1925 posts 94 pages and no one has solved crap
you make blanket statements and when I say no so and show you , what did I get an argument
but this is enough crap for me
and when I say you I mean all
Sad, really your lordship, can't even make a new post for each of those you disagree with, gotta spam us with the same exact post. Sad really.
I agree that we need some controls, as I have said before.

Background checks on all sales..no problem
No sales to violent felons, drug addicts..no problem
No sales to those with a history of mental illness that requires
hospitalization..no problem.
Licensing after training..no problem

Required registration of guns..problem
Banning of "assault" weapons..problem
Maintaining background paperwork..problem
Publishing lists of gun owners..problem
Confiscation of guns..problem
Retroactive banning and confiscation of specific guns..problem

Now that I have given you my thoughts on parameters, give us yours judge. Give us your opinion. I don't want the Supreme court jesters opinions, I don't want cut and paste from anyone else. I want the unvarnished opinion of you and only you.

Got enough guts to do it........I think not

Meaning, if you were well versed in the subject matter, you wouldn't swim the ocean to avoid answering my question, when you could step over a puddle to simply answer it.

Absolutly,

ASSAULT, key word here, not for hunting.

Acording to most gun owners, as that is the excuse they use to want there guns.

Not most gun owners. Most gun owners know why we have a second amendment. Hunting isn't it.
Any gun on the face of the planet as far as I am concerned.

I can't even get these bozos to tell me if they would or could even recognize an assault rifle/weapon if they saw one. I think these guys just mostly parrot what their idiot party leaders and media tell them. There is very little critical thinking going on in the democrat party these days. If the posts from the bozos on this forum are any indication.

Here we go again, a liberal confusing rights with needs.

Rosa Parks had the right to sit at the front of the bus, but did she have the need? You wouldn't dare question that.

There is no need to explain to you or any other liberal the reasons for exercising my rights.

Man oh man, talk about circular posting, the Post you were replying to was my reply to your post in regards to other countries that have some form of right to bear arms.
As to your second sentence, I may have asked that question, I don't recall,, after all, I have posted a lot, on a lot of threads and especially here, so I really don't recall. so what, this thread concerns the United States of America, her founding documents and our guaranteed right to keep and bear arms.
As to your last sentence, you have asked that question over and over and over. We have not lost any rights completely, but we have had many of them manipulated to the point that the full right is no longer a given. The Patriot act is one example.

The act significantly reduced restrictions in law enforcement agencies' gathering of intelligence within the United States. broadened the discretion of law enforcement and immigration authorities in detaining and deporting immigrants suspected (KEY WORD SUSPECTED) of terrorism-related act. The act also expanded the definition of terrorism to include domestic terrorism, thus enlarging the number of activities to which the USA PATRIOT Act’s expanded law enforcement powers can be applied. Roving wiretaps, searches of business records (the "library records provision".

Opponents of the law have criticized its authorization of indefinite detentions of immigrants; searches through which law enforcement officers search a home or business without the owner’s or the occupant’s permission or knowledge; the expanded use of National Security Letters, which allows the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to search telephone, e-mail, and financial records without a court order, and the expanded access of law enforcement agencies to business records, including library and financial records.

Sounds a lot like unreasonable search and seizure, requirements for search warrants. 4th Amendment.
The right of due process. 5th Amendment.
1st, 6th and 7th amendments also

There is a difference between losing ones rights, and having ones rights violated.
In this case, the violation comes first. The loss comes next.
