Yes we can. Its called concealed carry. That and banning "gun free" areas. If the criminal doesn't KNOW whose carrying and WHERE they may think twice before they decide to shoot up a place. As it is now we advertise where they can do the most damage with the least or NO resistance. REMOVE that barrier,plant the doubt. Let THEM wonder if they will meet bullet for bullet. We've tried the "gun free" thingy.... It failed us. Time to try someting else......

If an unwanted intruder is shot two things happen. One, he is injured, two, you get sued. Knew of a sargeant on Miami PD....had a burglar in the middle of the night....shot him right in the face, as he was coming through the window....had to reach out and pull him back in, as he was sliding back outside.....Lesson Is: Know the Law......
