A "marksman" is anyone who can pull the trigger. They are the least able to shoot well. I don't think you want them carrying guns around with them.

'Beliefs' would be religious objections, dumbazz.
Do explain why a state would pass speed laws if they made an exception for anyone who could legally ignore them for no other reason other than they just didn't want to obey them?
Look up "conscientious objectors".
And cross-reference: atheist.
There you go with your reading comprehension difficulty again. You don’t seem to understand the word *OR*

result of beliefs or religious doctrine

beliefs *OR* religion

The comparison to speeding laws is illogical.

How exactly are atheists involved?

Funny how the gun gnutters cite half the second amendment (and ignore the first half) but scream and stomp when people use the first amendment to point out that they are full of cr@p.
Funny how that is.
Start whining to SCOTUS as well. Through the Heller decision SCOTUS concluded the second amendment was an individual right. But, again you’re unable to understand a simple word such as *or*. I wouldn’t expect you to understand anything more complex.

The law of the United States consists of many levels[1] of codified and uncodified forms of law, of which the most important is the United States Constitution, the foundation of the federal government of the United States. The Constitution sets out the boundaries of federal law, which consists of constitutional acts of Congress, constitutional treaties ratified by Senate[2], constitutional regulations promulgated by the executive branch, and case law originating from the federal judiciary.
The Constitution and federal law are the supreme law of the land, thus preempting conflicting state and territorial laws in the fifty U.S. states and in the territories.
The US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. The federal government is in violation of the US Constitution. See Amendment 10.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people

I would oppose any law which actually requires ownership of a firearm. Your apparent difficulty is tied to your inability to understand the ordinance which I’ve posted.
Effectively the Kennesaw law requires every head of household to own a firearm unless they don’t want to.
Then it's not a law - you can't even call that an ordinance. What makes a law a law or an ordinance an ordinance is that it is enforceable. I'd buy "recommendation," but a law or ordinance?

Definition of ORDINANCE. 1. a: an authoritative decree or direction : order. b: a law set forth by a governmental authority; specifically: a municipal regulation.

That's like saying, "65 mph Speed Limit," unless you don't want to - then go as fast as you want.

LMFGDAO...that was waaaaaaaayyy too easy.

There are acceptions to all laws. Especially if you know the 'right people' or have 'good' financial backing, ask Obama.

And you pick the name 'Force Majeure', do you know what that means? The individual is stronger in a group and stronger still, with a gun. The issue is freedom, government can't take our guns unless we commit a crime.

God bless the Second Amendment!

No they can't - but they can make it awfully f*ckin' expensive.

Unless of course a state like Connecticut passes a law that requires people to check to see if the person they are selling deadly weapons are felons.

At which point the gun gnutters start screaming half the second amendment and half the Heller decision.

Funny how that is.
