Housing market up

Manufacturing orders up

Do you always make it a point of making fun of veterans?

Maybe you ought to pay your local VA medical center a visit one of these days - see firsthand what a lot of these veterans that you make fun of have to go through each and everyday just to survive.

Then maybe, just maybe, you might take a little different avenue with your so-called humorous posts.

<quoted text>Dude, are you serious? Just because the shelves are empty does not mean they are a major source of revenue. LMFGDAO...I've already said that firearm's sales have skyrocketed, but so have other commodities - like oil, produce, livestock, coffee, etc. You have yet to prove your statement that firearms and ammo sales are a major source of revenue - for any state, let alone Colorado. I proved you wrong that Colorado's gun sales revenue - either from taxes or income - isn't even on the map. Now you bring in politics - more deflection.

Ok, I'll play - Conservaturds such as yourself only see what's in front of them. In your world, there is only one path. There are no alternatives, no other contingencies. Inflexability is a Conservaturd desease and affliction. You'd much rather punish the majority to save your own ass. Stop me if I'm getting close.

Conservaturds carry around the Bible but few even know the content. They scoff at women's rights and easilly forget that less than 150 years ago, they were immigrants also. They are so worried about other people and yet never take responsibility for themselves. They campaign against entitlements but are the first ones to cry when their entitlements are "infringed" upon.

Conservaturds are snivellers, criers and complainers. They'd much rather spend their day complaining about something than actually trying to fix it. There's not a leader in the bunch - one of the biggest reasons that they'll fail in 2016.

That, in a nutshell - is the definition of a Conservaturd.
If it were for storm preparation and we were talking about food, water, and generators you would be correct. That would produce empty shelves for a week, maybe two. But the gun and ammo shelves have been empty for months now, and as soon as new guns and ammo and high capacity magazines come in, they are purchased before hitting the shelves. Also, we are not talking one city, town, state, or region. It's a nationwide boom.

No. You proved what you implied that I said, or what you wanted me to say, wrong. It's pathetic that you must alter my posts to attempt making a point.

You are right about one thing. I can't presently prove, short of common sense on your part, that firearms, ammo, and high capacity magazines are a major contributor to the present economy. Rest assured, however, in 2015 when your charts are published, you'll figure out what these dumb ole "conservaturds" already knew for two years.

<quoted text>Not so fast...

About ten years ago, a disease similar to mad cow disease (the deer version is known as CWD) was detected in the wild deer population in Wisconsin. CWD has not been found in any other wild herds, but scientists expect that this will only be a matter of time.

Mad cow, CWD, and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (which is the human version) are all caused by prions, mutant proteins that infect the brain of the victim. Unlike bacteria or parasites, which can be killed by proper cooking, prions are virtually impossible to destroy–which is what makes these prion diseases so scary.

It would appear that only a small percentage of wild deer are infected. Your chances of exposure are obviously higher if you’re in Wisconsin and if you eat venison more frequently. That said, the incidence of Creutzdfeldt-Jakob disease in Wisconsin, where folks eat a lot of venison, is no higher than it is anywhere else in the country. At least not yet.

The University of Wisconsin produced a thorough and non-hysterical summary of what is known about this disease, the likelihood of exposure, and steps that can be taken to reduce your risk should you decide to continue to consume venison.

The reason you can't prove it is because firearms, ammo and high capacity magazines are not a major contributor to the present economy.

And if you would like them to be major contributors, then let's raise the federal excise tax up to 50% for all guns, ammo and magazines.

If you eat polar bear liver, you may develop hypervitaminosis A. If eaten in one meal, 30 to 90 grams of polar bear liver is enough to kill a human being, or to make even sled dogs very ill.

Polar bear is almost exclusively a carnivor - hence the meat is really gamey to the taste. Black bear, I believe is the best - and they are a true omnivore - the meat is leaner than beef and depending on the harvest time, almost sweet to the taste.

I repeat:
Every problem needs a solution. A solution that partly works needs adjusting. If you introduce no solution at all there will be no improvement and if you increase the problem you're working at it in the wrong direction.
Did you get it yet?
Yes, but your partial solution creates more problems than it solves. By taking firearms from law abiding citizens you:
1 Put them at higher disadvantage to the criminals who are not only going to not turn in their guns but continue to aquire more guns from illegal sources.
2 Add more work to an already overtaxed law enforcement system.
3 Eliminate jobs as firearm manufacturers have to downsize their operations.
4 Create more criminals by placing these skilled gun industry employees out of work. Some, not all, will likely turn to crime in order to make ends meet.

Before you worry about the guns in my country, work on eliminating the 2.8 million civilian owned guns in your own country.

but you are proving the point thanks
bet you get pissed ...... tic toc
hahaha, not P****d, lol ... I don't even use that word ... you've proven my point ... you can dish out the redundant questions and/or orders but you cannot take them, LOL ... There is NO "gray box" that FC posted to "disappoint" you! You made that up to justify calling me the B word because I stood up to you and called you on the carpet ... Imagine that! It's okay to be misinformed or to agree to disagree ... that would have sufficed ... but no, you had to take it to another level and you thought sweet FC was going to let it go ... Not this time, Tally! No way ...

So, you self proclaim your alleged military service, ie., specifically a sniper for the CIA (which is heresay), you self proclaim to be an alleged lawyer and an alleged judge ... that is merely speculation and extremely suspect without any proof ... you show no honor, no self-respect, no credibility, your ethics are suspect, you language is foul, your experience as lawyer/judge is suspect and everything else about you is suspect and/or questionable ... I could go on and on about you but I think everyone else here knows your M.O.... no need to bore myself or anyone else ... You are exposed for what you are! My estimation and perception of you is that you're a fraud ... Of course knowing that perception is not reality you may or may not agree with that statement! It matters not and neither do you matter to me or anyone else ... You're a figment of your own imagination ... Your favorite line, something about "crying". You do that best when you don't get your way ... because you have no other come back, at least, after you've already posted and then have a come back with another cheap shot. LOL ...

History, vapors, archives ... You, Tally, are yesterday's news and have shown your true self for what little that matters ... all for naught! Good luck in your life because at the rate you're going you're going to need it! FC ...
