I have been to nearly 100 countries around the world and have lived in several of them, all of which have contributed to my knowledge. It is your ignorance, Stripper, that is predictable. So take your lap-dance to some other table. You need a bath.

Ferrerman wrote, "<quoted text>I believe it's in Texas- Denny Crain country- where EVERYONE is armed and safe, all the time, whether at gun shows, church, Luby's, school book depositories or towers or, as in this case, at a gun range. "

Now that was good!

tallyho wrote, " Georgia police arrested a man accused of shooting of a 22-year-old driver who pulled into his driveway. "

Clear and present danger. That boy could have been up to all kinds of no good.
It's not just the police that are exempt. It is any government official. That includes Representatives, Senators, Mayors...
You can't have it both ways. Either people that carry a gun to avoid being at a disadvantage are cowards, or they aren't. That would include the police,

You still refuse to answer where you were educated. Slip in a few insults for detraction, and hope nobody realizes you said nothing of, but only implied utilization of the education system. That's not fooling anyone.

You sure are up the homo's ass. Pun intended.

More deflection and childish banter.

Honestly, Craine, it's as if you are predicting these things with your bold statements about how much safer it is in Texas with so many having guns. You KNOW you said that about gun ranges and, well....
Was there a mass shooting at a gun range or was someone murdered at a gun range. There is a big difference even you should see.

Ferrerman might simply be pointing out that EVEN the high number of SINGLE murders add up to show that Texas gun laws don't protect anyone. I mean, the guy who did the shooting might have been trying to kill several but lost his concentraion in the exitement of the moment.

Must be nice to ignore the mental health aspect of the shooting.
Of course anyone that can ignore that a poop shut is for exit only, certainly has no problem ignoring facts.

When you insulted the US education system and our intelligence, you made it matter to A LOT of people.
Where did you get the basis for your education, you know, elementary, junior high, and high school?

Texas has 11 gun deaths per 100000 people per year. That's not gun murders. That's gun deaths. Hunting accidents, suicides, and justifiable shootings are part of the statistics. Even with all the hunting that takes place in Texas, and the justifiable shootings in Texas, Texas isn't even in the top 50% of US States for gun deaths per 100000 people.

Born-again fundamentalist christians do the same thing on other threads, when they can't answer an honest and direct question. The hard-core religionists and the hard-core left have a lot in common.

We have established that cowards demand that someone else protect them so that they don't have to be responsible for themselves. If they get injured or lose a loved one to crime, they want to be able to blame someone else rather than stand up and fight.

Cops aren't cowards because they have guns, but civilians are cowards because they have guns? Care to explain how that works, or are you just a dodging and deflecting Swedish meatball?

Right! Armed citizens backed by the Second Amendment!

I don't have much faith in cops or government officials. Some posters here would have Big Brother coddle and care for them from birth to death with entitlements and dependence on very corrupt and very human people in government.

There will be a money trail to Chris Kyle's death, my thoughts are Chad Littlefield was caught in the situation. The shooter, who I will not mention by name, is going to end up being hired for this because of Kyle's reputation..JMHO..

Lol, as a born again Christian, I think I'll refute that I have anything in common with the hard core left. In fact I think I recall M69 taking issue with Christians on here.
I try not to debate religion. I know I can't present chiseled in stone proof to anyone who would request it. And faith doesn't appear to be their strong suit. So, I stick to gun threads and the occasional political thread.

I was pointing out the fallacy of Forced Manure's argument. He likes authority figures; myself, not so much. He said anyone with a gun is a coward, unless they're the police; he stated flat out that the police are "exempt" from his general rule.

I do know that I've received more help from my local police where I live now than I did in the last city I lived in; I think it's because I'm in a small town now, and the cops that I've met here are good, honest, decent people.
