The people described above all have guns (not registered) what are you going to do about it? Pass a law that says normal law abiding citizens can't have guns-that makes a lot of sense. To what extent were the 'above' investigated before pending charges were issued? To what extent were search & seizure laws executed? Were relatives, friends, and neighbors questioned concerning them? Or did 20 cops show up-cuff the dude-and throw him in the slammer-case closed? Now what laws should 'we' be working to change?

As an aside. CCL holders are held to a higher standard. One example of this is the legal alcohol limit. For everyone else, 0.08 is the legal limit. For CCL holders, 0.05 is the legal limit.

Keep ignoring the plight of your masses of illiterate, uneducated, unemployed, mentally under-nourished countrymen. Maybe they'll give up crime and the gun and just wither away to die without a fight. We would love to address those things! Uncle Obama keeps making it more and more difficult. The education system is graduating more people, but they are ignorant zombies. Obama's solution? His executive order on African American Education,July 26 2012.

I just said that. Rambler wrote: <quoted text>who the hell do you think protects us from this scumb of the earth? It's sure ain't the Government or the Police! You poor baby. The reason why it is that "you are a whole country of illerterate, uneducated, unemployed, mentally under nourished dumb asses" is because you allowed yourself to be indoctrinated that way. Do think it's the fault of Communists, Solcialists, Liberals or the Martians? Oh no! They are the ones who want to educate you, your parents, your grandparents and your children. They want to give everyone a good-paying job and fair unemployment benefits. They don't want your boss to make a trillion dollars every year while you barely scrape by. They want you to have 6 weeks payed vacation every year. They want for all of you to have good medical care - the best there is to offer. So please tell me again ..... what is your problem with "protection"?

You Americans are such a weak, illiterate lot. You'd "love to address those things" yet you don't. Obama is making an effort (if I believe what you are telling me) but you don't like his methods so you'd rather put on the hand brake and go back to your soffa to turn on FuxNews. If you really wanted "to address those things" then why haven't you all of these years? Bush would have preferred that the schools be closed so that all Americans are as dumb as he is - but you said nothing in protest during his regime. Tell me, when did you every stop the "he's a socialist/communist" rhetoric and take on board the benefits of national well-being for your people? Giving people decent-paying jobs, fair unemployment benefits, liberal paid vacations and free medical services can only be a good thing. But no! You dream of becoming a gazillionaire and be damned with the rest of your countrymen. I know, I know - you're going to tell me it's not possible, a socialists pipe dream. Well, if you've ever lived in Europe you'd have seen that it does work. Too bad that Americans are so culturally isolated and laden with heavy censorship and propaganda. Perhaps if more of you could experience European life you'd go back home and tear down the walls of the Whine House and demand real change. But then again, you might not be courageous enough for that but find a way to remain here instead and be damned with the rest of your countrymen.
