You are a purposefully dissembling cre tin. The globe did not stop warming 17 years ago. Some freeek somewhere found a highly selective method of measuring something in one spot to make it look that way. The data in the aggregate show warming.
These "400" prominent scientists are not named. The nature of their objections, if any, are not stated. What your Limbaugh quality source is doing is folding in all the ranges of opinion regarding the projections of possible effects into a "skeptical" category.
In fact, all the qualified scientists - not the high school, Birther, Creationist biology teachers - accept the causal mechanism of greenhouse gases in the warming and the climate effects we are seeing.
More weather extremes will be one of the last symptoms to show up clearly, although they're showing up now. This has to do with homeostatic mechanisms - a term you will not understand and will mock - cushioning things for the most part until a tipping point.
Previous climate changes without human inputs took millennia; the current one is advancing on a century time scale. Unfortunately to mouthbreathers this is all gibberish. You know, like vaccines are perils, and like Evolution is a "religion," and like Al Gore is "all climate science."
Tee baggrz and pure anti rationalists. And proud of it. They'll repeat the same lying, debunked, disingenuous refuse until the day they die.
Will you knock off the juvenile nonsense. Your name calling reflects far more badly on you than the one you attack.

I made multiple, correct points there.

That's why you whine about name calling. Because you can't actually address the content.

And the incessant anti rationality of you tee baggrz, talibangelicals and climate deniers virtually requires invective.

Chaffing at the bit for a debate this evening, and no one wants to play by your rules.
Frustrating ain't it?

I am aware Birther-Creationists do not engage in rational debate. These are people who think vaccines are the leading health risk in the US, after all.

So being that they're anti rationalists who spend the better part of their lives defaming minority groups, it's appropriate to speak on their terms - invective - while also pointing out where and how their BS claims about "400 scientists" fall short.

I like calling evilgelicals and constapo names. They never got upset over Coulter or Rush doing it..._now_ they whine about verbal brickbats. They're very sick, actually.

So I say more co2 please, because it seems the only thing keeping us out of the ice age.Just sayin':)
That is why it is now called climate change. Record snows are proof of man caused climate change. If it rains a lot it is climate change, if it gets dark at night it is due to climate change

Hey halfwit, you are a serial liar and an ignoramus.

The earth did not "stop warming 17 years ago."

These "400" prominent scientists who deny climate change are not named. The nature of their objections, if any, are not stated. What your Limbaugh quality source is doing is folding in all the ranges of opinion regarding the projections of possible effects into a "skeptical" category.

Again, we see how intellectually impaired closet cases never deal in content.

The scientific community has no doubt about the causal relationship of greenhouse gases in ongoing warming and incipient weather extremes. None. It is occurring at a far faster pace than previous, naturally driven climate changes.

As with asbestos and tobacco there are orchestrated, well financed efforts praying on uneducated, anti rational, rightist ideology driven Birthers and Creationists to deny what every educated person knows.

The article right here. The peer reviewed research. The UN panel on the subject, you christardate.

Now about those "400" scientists who are mentioned by anti rational deniers - who the hell are they? Name by name. Because they don't exist as qualified scientists in that area who dispute the causal effect of greenhouse gases in the current climate change.

There might be some who quibble with the upper end projections.

So let's have those names, since you are suddenly so information driven, you disingenuous Birther/anti vaccine "activist."

That's denialist nonsense.

There are not 400 qualified scientists who are deniers. That list is full of non peer reviewed Creationists working in other fields.

If any reputable scientists got on "the list" that's because they have quibbles with the more alarming projections supplied in the Intergovernmental Panel's range of projections, not because they are deniers.

No qualified scientists doubt the causal mechanism of human generated greenhouse gases.

Instead what we get here from tee baggrz quarters are mouthbreathers whose idea of doing science is to avoid vaccines, mock Al Gore, and mention that there was an ice age or two previously. Then they might inject an unhinged fact, such as, the earth has not been getting warmer over the past two decades. They're liars, they're unmoored talibangelicals, and they're completely uneducated regarding the most basic concepts of science.

We've discussed the list previously. It's nonsense. Creationists are serious scientists only to those who are patently ignorant and wish to remain that way. The list of names is particularly nonsense compared to the quality of scientists who developed the report this very thread is about.

Even if there were "never" an experimental test (redundant) on mitigation (vague) that has no bearing on the fact of the universally agreed upon causal relationship between human caused greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. Some serious people might have different projections as to the effects - none questions the causal relationship. It's too well know experimentally to question.

Tee baggrz troll.

Thaks for the links. None are so blind as those who refuse to see. Global warming is a political movement and not a scientific one. The computer models don't match the results. An increase in CO2 has not produced higher temperatures. We have very high CO2 but the warming cycle stopped 17 years ago.

Yeah, you're always happy to learn of more Creationist scientists [sic].

It's not a cycle now. It is an effect of a cause. It did not stop 17 years ago. You are an anti rational cretin.

no, we haven't discussed the list, son. you keep bringing up some 'creationist' list (whatever the hell that means) of 400 people. the list provided for you repeatedly is in the thousands...with thousands being reputable PhD's who dispute the agw theory.

how can something be redundant that hasn't been done before?????

if mitigation is vague and has no bearing on the subject......then what are you promoting, son??? lol

some serious people, myself included, support the premise that solar radiation, along with other factors, drives temperature. co2, as an amplifier instead of a driver, lags temperature. co2 is a minor trace gas in the atmosphere. man made emissions which contribute to overall atmospheric co2 are fractionally even less.

what is your interpretation of causal effects in regards to water vapor and methane?

in short....besides claiming everyone is a 'creationist' who doesn't "fall into line" with your notions.....what do you propose civilization do to alter the variability of world climate?
