It's one of the greatest sporting moments of the 20th century: the winning goal Mike Eruzione scored against the Soviet hockey team at the 1980 Winter Olympics.

While I agree that this was a great moment in American athletics (maybe the greatest), I'd rather sell the jersey than buy it.

That was a great moment. Even for a 13 year old Canadian kid! Interesting story about Jim Craig. The whole gold medal went to his head a bit. He was playing for the Bruins after the Olympics and one night before a game, he refused to stand during O Canada. Instead he skated around his crease and fiddle with his mask. One of the Canadian players on the opposing team took exception and said to his teammates, "thats it, this guy is mine." By the end of the first period he had scored 3 goals on him. That was Jim Craig's first and last introduction to a rookie named Wayne Gretzky!!
