The best part is that it's not true.

Other parties paid for his electricity on the way. And there's all the other expenses of driving - such as purchasing a $100k plus car to begin with.

Well, it might be true but the manager at the Rainbow Gas Garden in St George SC says "He needs to start "Courtesy Flushing" ...it's just the right thing for a traveler to do !"
