You use a republican quote as your rebuttal? Facts really don't mean anything to you do they?
That wasn't my only rebuttal.

I also pointed out that IF it were a law passed in 2008 that caused this (which no one even knew about until Obama started pointing to it as an excuse ... how typical) that the uptick in children coming here would have started much closer to 2008.

I also pointed out that IF it were violence causing this, central america has been a violent shyte hole for a long time and certainly the uptick would have started long ago.

Therefore, neither of these excuses seem to be the likely cause for this huge surge.

What makes the most sense is how for the past few years democrats and Obama have been quite vocal about the need for amnesty and how Obama trying to pandering to latinos by shouting from the rooftop that he won't enforce immigration laws. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what affect these things would have and that it would only encourage more and more to come here. Do you deny this? Try being objective for once.

Women and Hispanics are here to stay. In fact, they are making more of them every day! The GOP and their internet minions, instead of crying about democrats "pandering" to these people, ought to quit treating them like 2nd class citizens and embrace them. Quit screaming "foul" because you people are too ignorant to see the changing demographic in the US. Most experts see whites being the minority by 2045. Some earlier.

Clearly the GOP panders to rich, old white men. This has worked well for them. Maybe it will work in 2045. We'll see!

No, let's send all 10-20 million to Canada, instead. So Canadians can pay to educate all their children and provide them all with free healthcare and give them food stamps and subsidized housing. Unless they are a bunch of racists, I'm sure Canadians they would welcome them with open arms and open wallets!

That's not true. A number of states have tried to crack down on it and the Obama administration sued to block the laws. There have been immigration talks in Congress, but democrats will not do anything to stop illegal immigration, unless amnesty is also offered to all those who have come here. Even with amnesty and them gaining 80-90% of the 10-20 million illegals here as loyal democrat voters, they want watered down enforcement provisions.

Furthermore, with Obama unilaterally deciding that he isn't going to enforce immigration laws, even if there were an immigration bill that increased enforcement, with our without amnesty, that POS wouldn't enforce the laws anyway. He doesn't want it to stop. So why the hell would republicans ever agree to amnesty, when the only thing that would happen is that the democrats will gain a crap load more of loyal voters, who will demand more government services, and nothing will change in terms of enforcement. That is why there is no immigration bill.

If the democrats really wanted to do something about it, they would just focus on enforcement and we can consider amnesty sometime down the road, once and if we ever get the enforcement thing tackled. It does no good to grant amnesty if you dont' tackle enforcement, because without that amnesty just creates even more of an incentive for people to come here,b because they think there will eventually be another round of amnesty.

Lol!
He wants to be soft on immigration. He actually wants it both ways, wants to be soft, but what's his worshippers, like you, to think none of this is his fault and he's been really touch on illegal immigration.
All democrats see is a gold mine of potential voters with illegals, if they can only get amnesty passed. They would just as soon sell out you ... their momma and any other taxpayer, democrat or republican. who will get stuck paying to give them all the government cheese they will receive if amnesty goes through. These people are virtually all dirt poor and uneducated with almost no chance of not being dependent on the government.
25 percent of the country will be hispanic by 2050? That's what I've been reading for years now. I don't want to seem racist but I don't think that's a good thing either. Democrats have tried to address the issue with immigration reform and a minimum wage increase but have been blocked by republicans in the house. The problem is that US citizens simply won't work as hard for low wages as somebody that is basically fighting for their life by moving here for a job

Wow.....where to start.....
Barry has sued states for upholding the immigration laws we have.
We do not need immigration reform, we need to uphold the immigration laws we have in place now.

The US citizens will do those jobs, yours is a tired, worn out, false meme.
Every other country on the planet would call it an invasion when millions of illegal aliens enter their country.

How will a minimum wage increase address immigration?
Can't wait to hear this one.

1. There was support for deportations 2 or 3 years after the economy crashed. Probably not now.

2. Every developed country in the world imports additional workers from poorer country..

3. Hopefully with a minimum wage increase, mercian citicens will be more willing to do the shitjobs

I'm not an expert on Immigration law, but I think current law says every illegal has to be deported right now. That's never going to happen

So you support a federal minimum wage increase? It wouldn't got to ten dollars overnight but would be phased in over several years. The minimum wage is the lowest its been since 1950 in terms of what money is worth now. It would also keep anybody that works 40 hours at minimum wage from getting food stamps and medicade

A Belgian soccer fan landed a once-in-a-lifetime modeling contract with L’Oreal iwhile cheering at the World Cup in Brazil, but shortly after she posted a hunting photo to Facebook, the beauty company cut its ties.

L’Oreal approached Axelle Despiegelaere, 17, after photos of her cheering at the games went viral, according to Yahoo Sports.

Despiegelaere announced her new contract on Facebook, then later posted a photo of her besides a dead gazelle with a comment that incited outrage.

"Hunting is not a matter of life or death. It’s much more important than that..this was about 1 year ago…ready to hunt americans today haha (smiley),” Despiegelaere wrote on the photo.

NEW YORK – Mexico and Guatemala have reached an agreement that is intended to make it easier and safer for Central Americans, including unaccompanied minors, to enter the United States illegally.

Though largely unreported in the U.S. mainstream media, the two nations agreed on July 7, in a presidential-level meeting in Mexico, to make it legal and safe for Central American immigrants, including unaccompanied minors, to cross Mexico’s border with Guatemala and transit Mexico en route to the U.S. border at the Rio Grande.

The agreement apparently does not recognize that the result of such trips – entry into the United States – remains illegal.

But to facilitate the program, the Mexican government announced plans to issue a new “Regional Visitor Card” that will provide documentation for the Central Americans to remain in Mexico as long as it takes to get to the United States.
