Woman kicked off train for singing

The mayor of Miami-Dade County has apologized to an 82-year-old woman who was kicked off a Metrorail train for singing.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH SOCIETY? if anything the IGNORANT GUARD should've offered her a cup of coffee AND SEEING TO HER SAFETY OFF THE TRAIN. How the hell can you explain rules to an 82 year old woman OR man? If I were that guard's superior Id've fired his ass for ADDING HIS SHARE to such a minor problem. A FEW KIND WORDS would've gone a long way and maybe the IGNORANT GUARD WOULD'VE BEEN COMMENDED FOR SHOWING INITIATIVE, COMPASSION & RESPECT to an elderly of which I might add who are readily ignored and neglected even by their own family.
