An Oklahoma teen was sentenced to attend church every Sunday for 10 years for his involvement in a DUI manslaughter case.

This is sad, this kid should consider himself very lucky because in any other case he'd be in jail for manslaughter. Wow.. still can't believe it. I feel sorry for the families.

People be safe, some like to drink a lot during the holidays remember there are others on the road with you when you drive.

Doesn't this violate the Constitution. I'm all for him going to church for forgiveness of his sins but he should do so of his own Free Will. If the Government can mandate that you must go to church then it can mandate that you don't as well. Hopefully this teen will find redemption.

I thought the same but the article doesn't go into detail about what the family of the victims said during trail or even at the end of the trail when they say speak on about the victims. Who knows they may have requested it or put it as an option before the judge to consider... presented by the DA as well... they consider many things in those closed doors..
