As a mom of 4 teens; I think my opinion counts as unbiased. I believe that kids need to be taken out to eat from a young age. I think they need to be taught how to behave in a restaurant. I dined out frequently with my children and will admit to taking everyone of them to the bathroom for a stern talk at least once. By the age of 4-5 my children behaved well in public. However, I did not take them to nice places in the evening until they were about 10 or so. I enjoy a nice evening out from time to time. I cringed at kids in the steakhouse after 8 pm when my children were younger. Here I am spending $50 or more enjoying date night, and other people had squawking, misbehaving kids at the table next to me. Really? I am paying a babysitter $40 to get a break from my kids, so that I can sit and listen to yours? I believe there is a time and place for everything. I believe the place for young or socially challenged kids is NOT in a restaurant where the average meal cost is over 20.00 per entrée. These are places for adults to enjoy themselves. The place for young or challenged kids is at the McDonald's ball pit. After all, they don't let me in there.

your focking damn blanket statement is wrong business have that right to refuse service....
Drunk, that's not what I said. We have again reached the point where all you can to defend your idiocy is lie.

I said businesses may not "refuse service to any customer for any reason."

And that's true.

There are many reasons a business may refuse to service a customer for, but not "any customer for any reason." There are limits. As I explained and as every educated person knows.

But the concept of "subset" is so very impossible for right wingers, particularly drunken ones, burp.

For all intense and purposes, the other poster is correct. An establishment cannot refuse service to any person for "any" reason. They can however, refuse service to "certain" customers for "specific" reasons. The wording is the key factor here.

That's my two cents. You two continue on as normal.

Yup, but I am pretty easy to goad. All you have to do is spout obviously incorrect nonsense repeatedly, out of stupidity or disingenuousness.
