I see you have devolved into non sentence drivel and evasion, as always.

No, a business cannot refuse service to "any customer for any reason." That is not a correct statement.

A business cannot refuse service to a customer because the customer is disabled, for example. And so on.

See, "any reason" would imply that, yes, a business could refuse a customer simply due to a disability of the customer's. But that is not fact, fool.

Learn to speak English, drunk.

As I said businesses cannot "refuse service to any customer for any reason." Now, right wingers say that because they really believe that business owners may and should be able to bar, oh, I don't know, black people.

But businesses cannot refuse service to any customer for any reason. There are many reasons for which a business may expressly not refuse service.

There is not and was not a single thing that is complicated about this simple statement of fact.

Some tiny subset of exceptions regarding one of the protected categories of many has nothing to do with this. We protect on race, gender, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, veteran's status, and, in educated parts of the country, sexual orientation.

But tee baggrz and bigots don't do "facts."

Yet you don't say how I'm wrong, drunk.

I guess all this means you are arguing that businesses may, in fact, refuse service to "any customer for any reason."

Right?(Because I'm arguing that is not the case.)

Since that's not a sentence no non drunk can understand what evasion you are offering.

You were arguing with me about something, drunk. I was saying businesses cannot refuse service to "any customer for any reason." So you must disagree with that fact. Or you could have been having another blackout, I suppose. Burp.

Anyway, the right wing bigots really do believe that a business may refuse any customer for _any_ reason. They believe that because they tend to be ignorant and racist. So every little effort to fix their misapprehensions help them know how educated people laugh at them - they certainly won't learn anything from the efforts, that's for sure.

At the end of the day businesses get a decent slice of revenue from the parents of these children. Also people who go out in public to eat should expect the unexpected. If you want to be all uptight about kids making noise sit at home and watch breaking bad re runs with a banquet meal. It's like driving. You are going to run into some crazy freaks on the road right? That's the risk you take when you leave home. I know it's a tough world! I'm sure that the kids are likely crying about the ugliness of your date'a face but we can't enforce that one.
seems to me that I have that right to enjoy a peaceful meal at home/restaurant/ not feel like I'm at a nursery , where the parents are acting more of a child .... or a cell phone clearing center ..
