BTW, this picture of you if terrible. The "other" guy did a better job of taking it himself. You're angle is predatory like and the lighting is horrid. Back ground is to stark and unwelcoming and makes you look like a woo-woo. I would recommend another. I mean it in the nicest way possible. Just trying to help a bro from another mother. Word?

OK, let me clarify.

FEAR is definately NOT working. ROTFLMAO

This picture shreiks:
trying to look innocent and dumb with a camera but desperate enough also I don't know how to take a picture so that I am percieved the way I want by who or what I want.

Fear: I would suggest as sterotypical as it would sound a hoodie, preferably larger, the hood over your head casting enough shadow from the the opposite side of your light source as in your picture, so you still see you face and the angle well, depends on your face. Incline your head forward so your eyes look more like a menance cause the white in your eyes against the darkness of your skin and the shadows will make you look like a predator.

Best advice I can give you cause that pic. needs improvement. Just helping out. Someone bothering you and you want to scare them, that is NOT going to work mon ami.
