That people think that a Subject coming from another country and actively campaigning against the Rights of US Citizens in this country is protected by the First Amendment is an indicator of how unAmerican the population of this country has become.

What a bunch of ignorant fools.

It's called conspiracy but only in a society that gives a damn about Liberty and the protection of it.

I'm not saying he should be deported - hopefully his hyper-emotional, anti-philosophical, whining frightened ass will feel unwelcomed enough to just leave - but I AM saying that the BILL OF RIGHTS does not protect someone who actively seeks to undermine its' very purpose.

That would be absurd wouldn't it? There are no moral or legal protections in this country for those who seek to "transform" it from a federalist Republic to a sterile, centrally planned UK-style anthill. None. Read the Constitution if you don't believe me. Go study philosophy if you don't believe me - an no, marxism, tribalism, collectivism, and nihilism are not philosophy.

<quoted text> But you miss the point of the U.S. setting the standard for human rights all over the world. Before us most countries were ruled by royalty or emperor. We were really the first large scale democracy. Yes we too took a while to get it right but we expanded rights not infringed more of them. I don't care what you call the royal family, it is an antique in the modern world to have a royal family that lives of the blood of the working class. It would be the same to have Hitler's family live a lavish life style off the German peoples back. Then tell us we should be more like them. We are the most powerful superpower the world has ever known. We are the only country to send men to the Moon (more than once). We have been the blueprint for human rights and a government that answers to the people for the whole world since the founding of the U.S.A. I think we are doing just fine and until the rest can run with us then why take advice from some lowly commentator who has never accomplished anything in his life.
It's odd. I can accept most of what you say, but your closing comment about Piers Morgan is gratuitous and pointless. I see Piers Morgan as an intelligent and probing interviewer, nothing more or less. In referring to Morgan's accomplishments, you seem to be more envious than knowledgeable.

It is time that Americans stand up and inform the world we have our constitution and if they do not agree with it fine. Stop trying your ideals on us if you don't mind. Oh and one more thing, if you don't like Americans with guns would you all stop calling us for help when your country is attacked so we can repel them form your country? The problem today is America has lost it sense of power and we have been allowing world opinion to be our guide. Sounds wrong to me. People always talk about taking oaths to support the constitution form all enemies, foreign and domestic. We learned in the US Army this:

Subversion and Espionage Directed Against the US Army is a program directed by Army Regulation 381-12 (U).[1] The regulation, published January 15, 1993, has three chapters and two appendices. The SAEDA program was created in order to combat Adversarial Intelligence (ADVINT), Industrial Espionage, and Terrorism during both peace and war.

Trying to turn US citizens against each other is exactly what foreign countries are doing. Wake up your politicians and ask if perhaps they are having trouble comprehending the written American English?

The reality here, the petition is irrelevant. Our government couldn’t possibly legally act on the petition to deport Piers. Now, there would be a way to get rid of Piers. Pressure CNN and Boycott any company with advertisements in that time slot. Perfectly legal.
I absolutely find what Piers has said on the issue of gun control highly objectionable. However, I do support his right to say what he did.
I oppose boycotts; they aren't civil discourse. Our political opponents have the right to earn a living and feed their families just like we have.

The White House in no way is behaving unconstitutional by hosting the petitions. The website in no way hinders citizens from petitioning the government. It’s not the official method of petitioning, it’s simply an additional method.
The Terms of Use are an explicit abridgment of our Constitutional right to petition and the sham of Obama's official White House website is clearly wrong, demagogic and misdirection.

Opps you screwed up again. Where in that post did I mention a name? You assumed a name. I guess you just picked who fit the description best.

Horseshit, Tray. If that is your ace-in-the-hole, the debate is over.

<quoted text> Instead of insult do you care to counter? You are resorting to your buddy Piers method of debate
If I thought you had said anything of substance, I would try to address it. I consider your comments about the British Royal Family to be monumentally trivial. Nor does that subject have anything to do with the issue at hand, that of Piers Morgan's right to say things you may disagree with.

I spend about one minute a year even thinking about the British Royal Family, and when I do, I see it as little more than tabloid amusement.

<quoted text> Opps forgot to address the lie part. I can yell fire in a crowded building if it's on fire but can't do it with intent to harm. I can make an observation of you and render an opinion but I can't make up lies and defame your character. You have the right to vote but only your ballot not mine. Your rights do not supercede mine. You can't use your rights as an excuse to infringe on mine. You can face criminal charges for what you say on here.

Also, please stop saying "opps". It is very grating. The word is "oops".

You're right. And that's "too", not "two", plant life.
Thank's for the straight line.

Of course, I speak for "you liberals", not for myself.

No worries, dahlink. Most normal human beings aren't nearly as anal, banal and angry as you are!

You're kidding! If your bitter posts don't emanate from anger, they are probably broadcast through your teeth.

Daily Horoscope for June 18

Sagittarius

It's a great day for mixing and mingling with people you always get on well with, so try not to keep yourself to yourself too much as that would be a real shame on a day when you're feeling so convivial and friendly. Speaking of friends, you'll enjoy spending time with them now, especially if you share some core values.
