<quoted text>Piers Morgans free speech has been infringed by an official White House petition calling for his deportation because of his political speech.

Record Number of Foreigners Were Deported in 2011, Officials Say
By JULIA PRESTON
Published: September 7, 2012
Immigration enforcement authorities detained and deported record numbers of illegal immigrants in 2011 and are on track for similar figures this year, even as the numbers of migrants crossing the border illegally dropped to a 40-year low, according to data published Friday by the Department of Homeland Security...
.
<quoted text>I say, remove them all! The people should moderate petitions; not the White House.

<quoted text>^^^You would call Pravda,'free speech'.

<quoted text>The President is restricted from moderation petitions but that's exactly what the Terms of Participation do.

<quoted text>They already act on the petitions, they publish them and respond if they gather enough interest. We could be closer to agreement if Bush's White House was hosting these petitions.
Now for your link http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/08/us/us-depor... ;

How exactly is it related to the issue at hand? Were there petitions for all those people? Did the White House play an active role in the deportations?

I understand, expand scope to desperately convince yourself that youíre right.

Your link is completely unrelated.

Show me that part of the Constitution that says, "Obama's White House Terms of Participation is an explicit abridgement of freedom of speech."
I really want to see that word-for-word.
What he fails to understand is the site doesnít replace traditional methods of petitioning the government. Itís just another way to accomplish the task.

I bet Brian has some interesting theories. Should I ask him about space aliens? Maybe TWA flight 800? The real actors behind 9/11?

In some smaller communities, to save money, police officers have duel responsibilities and will fill the job as parole officer.
"May be armed"
All Pennsylvania probation departments require mandatory training for new officers. Each county conducts trainings at locations throughout the state. Some of the topics covered include officer safety, caseload management, report writing, testifying in court and domestic violence issues. For juvenile probation officers, initial, formal training takes 40 hours to complete. Pennsylvania probation officers may be armed, depending on the specific need, and these officers will complete a seven-day, 49-hour training course specific to firearm handling.

I take it it's your first go around with "Brain_G?" After awhile you'll learn to ignore him.

Just don't get him started on birth control, the Bible or abortion.

LOL, PAROLE officers are just proof that government is experimenting on the rest of society by using society as a dumping ground for people in it's alleged CORRECTIONAL SYSTEM.

Yes, first round with Brian. I have encountered Fairyman previously. Fairyman is simply a nut.

That might be fun depending on his view on the subjects.

Does he believe contraception is murder?

Yeah, I saw that, hence my statement "small towns and cities."

I would assume that Pennsylvania has alot of "commonwealths." And a lot of "Andy of Mayberry's."

Yes, Pennsylvania has a lot of very small rural towns. That in no way changes my question to Fairyman.

Iíve been in Pennsylvania many times during my life. Wilderness on a grand scale.

I was curious so I sought out a few of his religious posts. Heís out there. Also, found out heís in love with the term demagogy. I thought he used it a bit excessively in this thread, but he wears it out.

He also has a fetish with Russia. Should have picked up on that when he said I would think Pravda is free speech. Actually, I would have to support their right to freedom of the press if it were published here. So I guess it would be both free speech and freedom of the press. Despite the fact I would oppose them ideologically.

I would love to engage in debate over his faux deity.

Then what was the purpose of your link? You do understand it was a parole officer that shot his wife and killed himself. Then you said they had easy access to guns. Well yea.

I donít have to try with you. I could be drunk, stoned, in intensive care from a car wreck, nearly brain dead and still be more coherent than you.
